What do you like best about the product?
The toolbars can be moved at will during meetings, which facilitates a personalized view of the chat room and everyone in it. It can be handy when a large group of people is actively talking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sharing feature needs to be updated to allow others to override the shared screen with theirs when needed. This would eliminate the need to ask the presenter to stop sharing before you can share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of any problems being currently worked on by zoom as I use a large variety of meeting apps like Teams, Google meets, Webex and more, but they should work on partnerships.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is best for their video conferencing and his private room feature make him the best. Zoom also provide us free scheduling feature which was the best. His private chat and room feature make him much better than his competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes his private room server goes time out which causes you're unable to join which make me disappointed. They need to fix this server issue to provide better experience. Yes I would like to see improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me by providing high quality video conferencing feature and also easy to use . Yes it makes me too productive. Yes it also increased my business performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use irregardless of the level of expertise a user has. A first-time user of Zoom can still hold meetings using Zoom without difficultly since Zoom is very easy to install and hold meetings with it with just a few clicks. Someone can still use the web app version without installing the application. Zoom is also cost-friendly for small businesses and individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support services provided in Zoom are not impressive since their support is offered after a few days from the time of claim. This can be quite discouraging expecially when users need urgent and immediate urgent support

Zoom is offering a video conferencing platform that is easy to use for any user, a platform that is cost-effective and one that offers some cool video conferencing features like multiple screen sharing.

Mainly, how zoom automatically records all the videos done during the meetings and so on. not only so but also how convenient for areas that have poor internet connectivity

I don't have anything to say that I dislike about zoom because all the meetings that I used for it have been very successful and productive, which convinced my ego to use the zoom

I would recommend them to improve and make this application more useful and contemporary because today's work is technologically advanced, and zoom should go with the technology
Most user-friendly software for video communication
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and has features such as sharing screen, muting paritcipants, backgrounds, and more. This makes it suitable for different activities such as education and contacting family or friends that live far away.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation about zoom is that there is a paid version and using the normal free version you can have calls for 40 minutes maximum time and the call will cut out after.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to communicate with friends and family that live far away and i am also able to study online effectively using the different features that zoom offers.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is video quality. Also it is very secure software and settings are very easy to handle. In chat section, messages can be sent privately which helps in lots of things during meetings. More, it helps me a lot of times in sharing large files.

Not much to dislike but Zoom consumes much data and it disconnect us many times if the connection goes little bit down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of problems getting solved by Zoom like it helping us to create remote buisness, conducting training programs and managing team building in remote locations.

I had experiences when I took classes as an English learner.
It was not bad.
Sometimes, it wasn't nice to connect with a teacher.
However, the sound could connect at that time, turning off the video.
So that's why I think it is good.

When I installed this app, sometimes secret files changed place.
It's kind of weird, and also, the app sent private information to China.
And the app had security problems a lot before.
However, it has already fixed that nowadays.

It depends on your machine and environment, whether it matches you or not.
Both of them have pros and cons.
So if you can't use the app and other apps, you can adjust to using another.

The app has a recording function, which has solved my problem.
Actually, in my case, many to talk to my client and my friends.
And I promised someone, and someone asked me seldom, but I would forget sometimes.
But it will resolve that problem if you wouldn't forget that recording.

Zoom Works For Me
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is my first choice for video conferencing. I use it to meet with clients and prospects. I love how it mirrors my background and has the "make me look good" feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find it blurry sometimes. Not as crisp as my phone camera. I don't mind it that much, but I wish it was better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with people from all over the world. I work with clients in Australia and have connections in the UK and many of my U.S. clients are on the West Coast, while I'm on the East Coast. Zoom makes my day much more productive since I record all sessions and then share with clients.

During the team meetings and client calls it provide the on screen whiteboard which provides a better understanding beacause any one can write on the screen with the background that is easy to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that the room size is amazing, Also, first of it's kind to my notice to help connect with people over vid chat.Love the video quality.

Nothing as such. They can add emoji reactions to the messages section.

It's solving the problem of connecting over video call. The quality is immaculate and not laggy at all.
