Perfect platform for virtual meets
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the perfect platform for virtual meetings; the user interface is excellent. There are no lags in the audio or the video during the meeting when the internet connection is stable. With just a single click, we can connect with anyone globally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is outstanding; the only negative I would say, is the response time to the queries raised by the customers. Apart from there should be a feature to let the user know who is facing the internet issue whenever there is a lag in the audio or the video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the biggest problem of arranging meetings and managing time. With zoom, sessions can be started or scheduled with just a click, and the virtual platform saves a ton of travel time and expenses.
An amazingly simple tool for videoconferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to share PowerPoints, and more with just a tap! My clients usually prefer Zoom over other alternatives due to it's higher quality and ease of sharing invitation links.
What do you dislike about the product?
While working on my iPad the Zoom app is more limited when it comes to advanced features, when compared to it's desktop counterpart. I'm hoping an update is coming soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to speak with clients without ever leaving the office, or inviting anyone over! It's convenient both for me, and clients, as neither of us have to take our whole day just to meet each other - with Zoom it's as simple as a click of a button.
Excellent Video Conference Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, yet powerful. Our non-techie people can join easily while techie people can get creative with things like backgrounds and virtual locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The system works well and I have no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps people in different locations collaborate in a more effective manner. It also makes it easy to teach remote classes and even remote conferences.
Best meeting app for office purposes
What do you like best about the product?
It's sound clarity is very good. There are various options. Most good I can record and video meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes little bit extra time to open any desktop application. Also opening interface must me more lite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It providing any instant meeting and mostly recording solution with no validity impressed us. It helps us to watch any video meeting recording if anyone not available also having good blur effects.
Great product- Not always the clearest integration instructions
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so easy to use. The slack integration makes it easy to have a quick meeting with your team, but the Gmail integration is seamless so that all your discussions with others can auto-have a zoom link.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with the Zoom to Salesforce integration, there is plenty of documentation but it is not always clear. It can be hard to figure out what to update etc when the integration is not working as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easier for the team to be relational in a full WFH company and have meaningful conversations with clients. It also allows us to log and monitor sales teams' calls since the recording is stored in the activity in Salesforce.
Most reliable VC tool, but some UI issues
What do you like best about the product?
It's way more reliable than Google Meet. Meet always makes my computer go slow, vs Zoom can handle it even when running a lot of apps (and it works on slow internet connections)
What do you dislike about the product?
I have 2 zoom accounts and switching b/w them is a headache with Zoom. I have to log in and out using the browser before I can start meetings. Also the screen share UI is confusing, often gets hidden especially when using multiple monitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable VC that works on slow computers and slow internet connection. Can trust that video and audio will work on Zoom relative to other tools like Google Meet and Slack.
pretty good overall with some small issues around connection at times.

ease of use and the fact I can send a link to anyone who can come in. I also the recording option.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it is hard for guests to get in and/or we have mic & connections issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most users do not need to create an account to participate in a meeting. All they have to do is download the app on their mobile devices or click on a link to join a scheduled or ongoing video conferencing. Hence, it is fundamentally easy to use.
Review of Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and visually pleasing, it has very amazing features, and works properly even when there are a lot of users joining in, easy to share a link, easy to switch between platforms mobile to desktop or desktop to mobile, and everyone knows about zoom, and it has increased rapidly during the pandemic. I personally like zoom a lot and I use it regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many features that I dislike on Zoom, the security might be an issue. The brand's trust s not in great shape. Other than that sometimes, rarely the audio or video might get blurry or not able to connect properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has a zoom enterprise account. It makes it easy for everyone to open and attend meetings and share links. It just directly pulls out data from the calendar.
Everyday necessity
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so helpful to bring teams together and communicate with customers in a way that opens them up to collaboration. It's easy to use for scheduled sessions and quick syncs last minute.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are too many dislikes, and prefer Zoom to other video conferencing providers. I would like to be more comfortable with adjusting starting settings for video and audio as people join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of remote work as a whole! In previous roles it allowed me to connect with clients who I wasn't able to meet in person, and it's kept my teams and customers connected since the pandemic started. It's an awesome tool for relationship building.
