Best application for communication
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a best application for communication for business.it provides lot of functions which help us to easily contact and discuss over call as well as message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom provide lot of functionalities but sometimes it gives issues while connecting the headphones.sometime we are not able to connect the Bluetooth wireless headphones
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are easily contact to anyone in team also we can call or message easily and get connected to anyone with the help of zoom.it provides lot of helpful facilities

What do you like best about the product?
Been able to share my screen with others. I also like that everything is recorded so I can stay in compliance and avoid any misunderstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
It disconnects too often from "velocify". That's the program I used to make my dials. Also, I wouldn't say I like that erase my sms after a week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They do updates pretty often, no that makes the app work any better.
No Mobility, easy communication
What do you like best about the product?
It is very convinent for a class of big number oof students. It is very convenient to conduct a class because of the easy control.

The price is very high, and when it comes to add-ins it gets even more expensive.

It is helping to mobilize the experts and decreasing the cost of business.

What do you like best about the product?
The video quality is awesome. I enjoy the straightforward layout and detailed user interface. The software is very professional; It has good security features. A go-to platform to connect globally

The meeting will not start if the host is not present or started, and when the internet is not stable it comprises on the quality also

It supports mobile and desktop users.

What do you dislike about the product?
It has alot of additional ad ons which make it difficult for small business to pick the appropriate subscriptions making it alittle unflexible for smalll businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since i can link it to my google calendar i have never missed a meeting since the calendar will give me notifications on the meeting prior.

Stable and flexible video classroom platform
What do you like best about the product?
I found zoom to be very user friendly. Generating meeting links for recurring meetings was easy. Sharing was easy. I loved how much control you had over the meeting environment. It was integrated well with Google products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there the default setting for audio was to mute antendees on entry and they are responsible for unmuting. Too many meetings were disrupted by clueless people joining with a live mic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When my school was in hybrid mode during the pandemic, zoom was a great platform for online classes. It offered advantages over Google Meet, such as break out rooms.
Zoom is good for video conferencing but lacks that microsoft support with competition
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has the best video and audio quality with various features like blur effects and background effects when it comes to virtual meetings. It also comes with an application support on Android and Apple devices. The application per se is lightweight, and login is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot integrate it with Microsoft products like Microsoft teams, which my organization has started using recently. Given the popularity of the product, I expect it to start with virtual numbers as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me and my organization connect with all of the clients virtually during the most challenging times. Although we have better options today, Zoom saved us from having in-person meetings by providing high-quality video and audio services. Moreover, our organization banners were preset on everybody's account, and the representation looked so real.
Perfect application to host learning classrooms.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and it was efficient in controlling the classroom, with ideal instruments for teaching being available. Good platform. I prefer this over teams and skype.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, Data consumption is huge. The strength of the internet connection must be suitable for proper classroom functioning. Also, when the same user joins the meeting from two different devices using the same account, representing them as a single entity would have been great (MS Teams does that, which is the only good thing about it <_<)

It has brought my classroom training experiences to a much higher level of satisfaction.

My firm has found Zoom to be beneficial since the pandemic. We absolutely love the features.

What do you like best about the product?
It is not just an ordinary application anymore, it's a bridge that connects people virtually. Nowadays, Meetings, video conferences, and online workshops all are possible because of zoom.

As far as my personal experience is concerned, I think the video quality can be improved more, and I hope they will definitely think of it and will also improve it.

Zoom is filling the gap between one person with another person. It saves time without even thinking about a long and hectic journey. People from Corporates find this very useful.
