Great for all teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the calendar feature is integrated into Zoom workplace. I also feel like a lot of the tools I was using before have been upgraded to work faster and helped me connect to my team even better
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were an easier way for people to schedule meetings and for it to integrate into outlook calendar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect to people all across the state and the world without having to leave my house. It also makes it easier to connect to my coworkers across the state without having to use my personal phone.

Less than intuitive navigating through the menues. Many steps for performing tasks that should be "natural" to find.

Hello,
My job is as a software developer; and my company has been using Zoom. Compared to our previous solution (Adobe Connect), we have almost no major complaints. From my perspective as a developer, the Meeting SDK is very good and generally well-documented. The ability to use it in vanilla JS without a complex React build has been a major blessing.
We use Zoom for online classes we teach, so we have often have a dozen or more meetings every day. With the integration I've worked to add to our upcoming learning website, we think we will be very happy with the results.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few nitpicks:
1. We've had meetings where people share the Meeting ID and Password with people who they... shouldn't. With the Meeting SDK, we can join meetings while hiding the Meeting Number and Password (greatly reducing this), but it's still... not perfect.
For example: It would help significantly if I could, with the Zoom API, send the Meeting Number and Password ahead of time (say, in an encrypted token), and then allow the user to join the meeting without ever seeing that information - even in code.
2. Some of other Zoom Services look interesting, but just... underbaked? For example, the Zoom Calendar has no SDK for easy integration. I can at least use the SDK (which is great), but it's not at the level of the Meeting SDK yet and not distinctive enough to convice us to move from Google Calendar.

Zoom Meetings help us do live instruction of students remotely. It's critical to our business and does a fine job doing it.

Frequency of use and I don't love teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Everytime I expand the size of the window of video chat, I lose their shared screen. This is annoying because the screen size is too small.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the most accessible video conference solution. Most everyone can use it no matter the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an administrator I don't get good feedback from the solution when there's quality issues. Makes it hard for me to figure out if I need to fix something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a video conferencing solution that works for pretty much everyone, everywhere, and for us that means Zoom.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very simple to use which helps reduce intervention from the IT department. Usually people need training once and they're set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a "downside" but it routinely asks me to download zoom app when I use the links to connect even though I already have it installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video conferencing. I find Zoom to be fairly straight forward to use.

Love that I can chat, text, call, and meet all on the same platform. Also like that the mobile app works well.

I can't think of any issues! It works quite smoothly.

We love the new calendar feature. It makes scheduling easy within my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to keep multiple aspects of group collaberation in one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be difficult to differentiate if instructions are for the user or admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as our phone, meetings and meetings note taking platform. It holds all of our history and provides us with AI generated summaries.
