Easy and reliable platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for both myself and clients

Nothing really I have not had any real issues with it since I started using it

Since telehealth has become so popular, it has made things so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made communicating with families through the pandemic so much easier. We can offer distanced meetings, either one-on-one or in groups. Additionally, we can also meet across agencies so much easier than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I do miss having in person meetings for more sensitive subjects, I think my colleagues primarily prefer this method of communication going forward, even in a post-pandemic world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the issue of some agencies being virtual, and some in person. Additionally, when we were not allowed to meet with parents in our school building, we could still offer conferences virtually and keep parents informed on their child's progress.
Zoom is so easy! Will be only using this application moving forward, very new person friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible the scheduling is for multiple meetings all at once. It's easy to share links and downloads of all the recordings with any platform. I like the option to have both audio and visual recordings. It does also integrate well with most applications. I use it to upload my files to Facebook, Youtube, Gmail,etc. It's easty to collaborate with any of those applications when I need to. I appreciate the easy dowloadability with the application as well, it doesn't take a lot of space on my computer..
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes editing any files recorded is a little skippy. I wish there was an easier editing feature when you need to trim down an audio or video file when you have something recorded to the cloud. I can't upload an audio file to Facebook but it does let me put a link to the audio, I just wish I was able to upload the actual file to Facebook vs a link. It's a little difficult to schedule every other day or every other week in the system but for the most part, things are pretty easy to follow along as long as you thoroughly read. The last thing would be is that I am located in the US and some of our clients have issues getting access into our calls but there is a setting you have to select to select countries that you want to allow to join your call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with people all over the US, allows for easy flexibility. We can have it on a consistent basis where we can customize when we want to have meetings whether that be every day or every other month. It allows me to save live meetings to watch again/let other people watch again. I also like that it allows you to keep meetings private with passcode-protected links and selecting whether or not you are able to let certain participants in your meeting. Our company holds private group consulting calls and it helps us stay private with only our paying clients.

What do you like best about the product?
As the host, you can control the participants' actions, such as muting them. You can also share hosting controls and receive them back easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The blurred background is not available on all computers.

I do not have to physically attend meetings, being virtual is so convenient; especially, when the weather is bad.

Particularly during the Covid epidemic, Zoom has become the platform that has transformed commercial and individual interactions.
I've been able to cut costs in many different ways and reach certain agreements that I otherwise would not have been able to do by using Zoom as a host or guest.
Zoom has no boundaries, so you can get here or be there without having to physically relocate, which is what I like about it the most.

What do you dislike about the product?
I recognise that businesses and individuals frequently want to safeguard the information in their meetings and courses, but what I find objectionable is that occasionally, if you are a participant, you cannot download or preserve that information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to interact with clients who were outside of my local area through Zoom and come to agreements that I would not have been able to at a different time.
Additionally, I've had the chance to network with business people from different places and forge partnerships that are mutually advantageous.

Very powerful and comprehensive tool for remote collaboration

Easy to use and full of features that now include whiteboards with sticky notes

That the whiteboard functionality is going to be charged separately

Be in contact with peers, colleagues and family in a very friendly and intuitive way that other vendors don´t have yet

Zoom is a great way to connect with Customers around the country. The screen share feature and ability to annotate the sharer's screen is huge for onboarding virtually.

It slows down other windows, so things take longer to load when on Zoom.

What do you dislike about the product?
For free users, it has a time limit to how long you're allowed to do the meeting. I think they can address it by either giving an option for users to "extend" a certain amount of time or to let users have a choice to jump into another meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me have a convenient meeting tool, especially as a virtual assistant. Plus, I like the part that I need not be situated in an area with a plain background because I can just use a virtual background or just blur it.
Zoom is my #1 choice
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom regularly for both work and personal needs. It's consistent, and reliable, with high-quality video and sound. My fav feature is probably how seamless it works between my iMac, MacBookPro, iPad and iPhone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small things. I wish I didn't have to choose "dial into audio" each meeting. And I wish Zoom would just auto-login to my app (iMac and MacBookPro) and not make me choose "use your app over continuing online" each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to work from home, not really a problem, but definitely a huge perk. I can't imagine having to use Google Meet or another service like that, in order to work from home and/or connect with those I need to via video.

What do you like best about the product?
We use this every morning to do our team brief where we have to go through a stats and information about how the day is gonna start and what we need to do and we never have a delay or any issues that were using this app
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I do find it sometimes there's a bit of an issue with sound so sometimes the sound doesn't work for everybody so I can be a bit distracting and had to continue with a call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lately though we haven't received any problems using zoom it is being so much better and we use it quite a lot especially in Covid is the best thing that we could use in that time
