Very easy to use with user friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy-to-understand features. It doesn't have complicated features and functions like other video calling apps. Instant video calling can be made without wasting time in activating useless and complicated options which people hardly uses while conferencing
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, connection drops even with good data speed. Though it is very rare sometimes, I have faced such issues. It might also be due to my system, but I have faced more issues while using MS Teams and Webex is the worst.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Free video calling over the internet with basic features and easy to use interface that everyone can use. Video calling and video conferencing can be done very quickly and crisply

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. I appreciate how zoom responded to all of the changing dynamics during the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of anything right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our church still has people that are not comfortable with in-person gatherings. So our Bible study is still on zoom. Not only does this allow us to "gather" safely, but we do not use up our gas driving to church. We have also recently made the decision to try to start a youth Bible Study, and we will do that on zoom.
Very useful
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and it has tools that make our meetings very easy. I like that you can have remote control and share only your computer audio. It also requires low ram.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that on some computers. I can't use a virtual background without a green screen; when you try to use it, the background is all over your face. Also sometimes I can't minimize de window while recording
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a very useful tool to have meetings with the team and with clients. It is easy to use and the quality of the image is very nice, compared with other services.
Zoom use in small business and public entertainment
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's ubiquitousness over the pandemic has made it easy to onboard any new user internally or externally. There are many features and options to customize the experience based on business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We desperately need a feature where a single global speaker can broadcast to multiple breakout rooms. Currently, a global speaker can share (without audio for some reason) video to break out rooms. We need the ability for a small group to interact with each other with video/audio as well as text chat while a global speaker talks, gives instructions, and offers questions for each group to answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is fully remote with no central office. Zoom allows a more stable virtual meeting environment than similar products. Additionally, the annotate feature when screen sharing allows for crystal-clear communications, drawing attention to specific things, etc.
Zoom has become an esential tool for my business.

Ease of use. The flexibility of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cumbersome process of switching screens.

The inconvenience of traveling to a location to meet. The ability to get both members of a couple to attend a meeting. It saves a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like is that zoom is the best and easiest platform for internet-based video conferencing or meetings. It has various controls for admin. In comparison to others, it has the greatest video quality. It has multiple features like screen sharing, chatting and host controls which makes it best from others.

Points are:
1. There are two many subscriptions and add-ons.
2. It has a lack of comment Control.
3. One has to download the app to use this.
Otherwise, app is good to use.

Once there was no meeting platform for video conferencing for group video calls for meetings and other features like screen recording. But now zoom have excellent facilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best video conferencing software it provides us professional tools which help us to do video conferencing. It provides us very high quality of video calls which was the best. It provides professional tools which make him better from his competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while performing a video call his server says error. They need high speed internet connection which causes sometimes his video conferencing start buffering. I also want to see improvement in his servers.

Zoom helps me by providing high quality video calls which make to more beneficial it also provide schedule option to schedule the conference call . Yes it makes me more productive. It also help me in increasing my business performance.
Awesome Video Conferencing Cloud Meetings Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best platform which connects us with many people professionally as well as personally very well. At a very far distance, we can still communicate amazingly and it feels like the person is with us only!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it got hang and we can not turn off Ads and Zoom started charging for meetings over 40 minutes but overall the best platform👍💯
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Lockdown, when I was doing WFH the Zoom is the only fair tool which helped me in alot of secure bussiness meetings by providing best audio, video and screen sharing services! I connected with my loved ones also only through Zoom.

These software provides best video call meeting,for office and College work without any interuption.i like it and I prefer to use this software whenever required
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike about it.The quality is good but sometimes due to network issue it is disconnected and we have to rejoin again.I will suggest to increase connectivity issue only

We as aa team are using it for our meeting purpose our colleagues and manager are able to connect through it.For work from home it is beneficial and for online classes in college life
Best Application for virtual meeting and more user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Zoom application is that we can easily connect with a lot of people virtually in a meet which feels like real time connect and it is best for mass people and is better than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing drawback I have faced with this platform. The only thing which can be more better is by giving us more virtual and interactive backgrounds that can create a lot of impact.

Zoom is solving today's one of the biggest problem which is connecting with hundreds of people simultaneously virtually without minimum lag and best part is you can continue using on mobile as well once you get a call in between.
