Zoom saved my Math Classes!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use & quality of Audio and Video.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, some students lost their connections. Zoom or Internet Connection? I don't know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overnight, students and teachers were barred from our classrooms (Covid) or even campus. I was able to continue teaching on Zoom immediately, and we lost out only on material that required/needed hands-on work (like some math manipulatives). Since we've gone back to class, I still communicate frequently on Zoom with students having questions or other problems. MUCH better than phone calls. Way more convenient than arranging for a student to come see me (in my classroom) before or after school.
The best and most reliable tool for my business and learning anywhere and anytime
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using zoom for years which helps me to connect with people globally. I have maximum satisfaction when sharing my screen, viewing good camera quality, and effective sound when communicating. Zoom is reliable because I can record my meeting for future use easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about using zoom but most of the time it does not work well if there is no strong network connection pricing should be considered for small businesses

Zoom is helping in terms of connectivity, easy communication, and growing business globally. It has been awesome using zoom, I can take my lecture easily, and promote my business.
Reliable, Efficient, and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been integral to my academic-related business since May 2020 (the pandemic's beginning). I rely on Zoom every day that I work as a retiree offering academic support services to students primarily in California. The platform is easy to use and reliable with a minimal learning curve. As an educator with over two decades of experience, the ability to "share screen" easily is Zoom's most important tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Zoom is a joy to use on my end. However, some users (clients) on the other end have difficulty navigating the product. Is there a link to a quick start so I can give this to new clients? This way, they will have the basics of Zoom under their belt before we start working together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to work remotely with my young clients (students) almost anywhere in the world at almost any time (taking into consideration time differences) has been invaluable. As a retiree, I appreciate that Zoom is ready to use in the comfort of my home office or when traveling throughout the U.S. or abroad. Zoom has saved me thousands of dollars in office rental space alone in addition to all other expenses related to "going to the office," e.g., gas, business attire, drycleaning, office supplies, etc.
Gold standard for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to set-up meetings, connectivity with Outlook. Quality of conference connections are good. Seems feature rich.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that the actual video conference opens in a separate window and generally takes several seconds to get into a conference. Some other platforms eg google meet also have better functionality for screen share.

Less travel, more meetings, more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
For my organization's international webinars, I use Zoom. Zoom has made business webinars and meetings better efficient and effective. It is an incredibly useful and productive program. It is part of our organization's mission to share educational ideas and research findings with countries all over the world, and our software plays a vital role in that effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio quality could be enhanced.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get in touch with people all over the world where I conduct my busness meeting, I also do live chat with please that are interested in my business. Ever since i used Zoom, i have managed to do busness with everyone in the world.
An answer to dependable video meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Consistency and integration of the service. With some other providers, the resolution or connection can sometimes be spotty; additionally Zoom integrates with some key services we use like Calendly and Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, the service requires you to update at inconvenient times -- Other than this I have no real dislikes about Zoom. Price not rising would also be nice here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interacting with our clients across timezomes, and being able to reach more clients is helpful. We also are more productive as a team by quickly jumping into Zoom to run through an issue.
Zoom is on the cutting edge for easy access for internet communication.

The affordable pricing options allow all budget types to enjoy the zoom communication platform.

Sometimes the features are challenging to use, but through practice & the zoom tools, the features are managable.

The platform solves all of the technical difficulties with any internet communication forum.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is reliable; we've been using Zoom for years and never had significant problems. Zoom Support has always resolved our issues, which there weren't many of, so when it comes to our choice of communication platforms Zoom is our #1 choice. Sharing your screen is easy, the remote control feature is really nice, and we find it very user-friendly. Even if someone joins Zoom for the first time, it doesn't take long for them to learn and become comfortable with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is not the cheapest option; it would be nice for their prices to go down. Other than that, the only other thing is it's hard to find the exact specific settings to turn on or off for some functions, such as giving your attendees the ability to copy text from the Zooom Chat. Although the setting is there, trying to find it can be a little difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the Data Storage capacity per Zoom Account. Before this update, the amount of data space was minimal, which caused us to have extra fees to pay. Zoom is working on providing more data space to store your recordings, which benefits us by saving money by not having to pay additional storage fees and not having to worry about not having enough data space. In addition, this gives us more data space to record each meeting and provides access to these recordings internally and externally.
Zoom keeps us connected when we cannot meet in-person.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple to learn, and provides us with the controlls we need to hold efficient meetings. I like that setting are customizable for each meeting, so that different group preferences can be respected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. Maybe that storage of recordings is limited without an extra fee... But most of our groups don't need a record saved for our purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the Covid Pandemic hit, we needed a quick solution that everyone could learn easily. Zoom fit the bill and has been a valuable tool for hybrid virtual/in-person meetings as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily accessible both for other communication and learning as in class room tutoring , with single link many user utilized it appropriately from remote areas
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires strong connection or internet, not possible to use for people with disabilities likes those having vision loss and deaf or incapable of listening, seing and handicapped

It makes easy for Professional training and meeting by which i can develop my career,and again I could be able many international training and conference that require traveling and costy just from my home
