Stable and Scalable Platform for Virtual Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
-Reliability and Stability: Zoom consistently provides high-quality audio and video, even with varying internet speeds.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace addresses the challenge of connecting faculty, staff, and students across campuses and remote locations by providing a unified platform for video conferencing, chat, phone, and collaboration. It helps overcome geographic and scheduling barriers, enabling seamless virtual classrooms, meetings, and office hours. For me, this means easier engagement with colleagues and students, streamlined communication, and enhanced flexibility to support teaching, research, and administration effectively.

wait and confirmation takes a bit of time.

ability to be one on one with each and every customer. good to get instant feedback per all zoom participants.

Dependable Conferencing Service.
What do you like best about the product?
As an online Speech Language Pathologist, it is imperative to have a conferencing service that works on time. Audio, Video, Screen Sharing and the ability to give my students Screen Control without technical disruptions during lessons are necessary features that Zoom provides that dependability. In addition, Zoom allows me to control who and when students may connect while protecting the confidentiality of all transmissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the cache becomes too full, students receive an error message that will not allow them to connect to their 'therapy room' on Zoom. I learned from support how to walk my student families through the process of cleaning out their cache. It would be helpful if a link explaining when and how to do this was provided to users so they could do this BEFORE it becomes a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides confidential and encrypted connections when the admin takes advantage of the password protections and assigned conferencing 'room' features provided.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it can be very versatile using zoom application. From being a one on one interview platform to quickly transform into a webinar mode in one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really appreciate the speed and efficiency of the overall application. It lags a lot which is quite annoying at times when there is something important going on. The little fluctuations in the internet speed kicks you out of the conversation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best mode for attending webinars meetings virtually without any hassle. I survived my lockdown completely on zoom meetings and it didn't reduce my work quality one bit even.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to schedule, invite, and start meetings. Break-out rooms have been truly helpful in online trainings I've facilitated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real problem I had was initially setting up host/participant specifications because I wasn't sure of the impact of some on a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to stay in contact, both personally and professionally, during Covid was amazing. I rarely used Zoom before that, and during the shutdown it became invaluable. I continue to have Zoom meetings for Rotary business, workshops, holiday "get-togethers", and other activities, especially where distance, poor weather, or health issues are concerned.

Fastest service in its field and can handle large groups with no glitches.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Zoom. I have used all of the competitive services. Zoom works the best.

Zoom saves my company thousands of dollars of travel costs and travel time by replacing regular in-person visits with face-to-face meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
You can use the same link logon or change. Easy to send out or they can use the same link. Can talk on the with their phone. I have enjoyed using Zoom if the others that I have access to don't work I go back to Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has the same logon or a different one. Many features that can be used while presenting, chatting, share with each other. Break out rooms for group talk. I can't think of anything I would recommend to improved.

None that I am aware of. Zoom send to be the best platform that I have used. Zoom was the first video conferencing platform that I used but I have used several since covid

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very helpful in scheduling meetings. You do not need a paid license to use Zoom effectively, either. Zoom is incredibly easy to learn how to use with almost zero learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are alternatives to Zoom that are also free. For businesses utilizing Active Directory and Microsoft 365, Teams is 100% free with no additional paid features at all. This can be a better alternative to Zoom for some.

Zoom helps users in our company collaborate and meet seamlessly and effortlessly. Users are more productive, and meetings can created whenever needed for anybody in the company to use.

Zoom is the best platform for conducting meetings online. It's cheaper and easy to use with many options like whom to allow commenting . Compare to competitors like team viewer Google meet etc it's more dependable

Security of content during a meet and some compromised features. Many regretting till today for compromised features and zoom should declare it's policies on security

Best Virtual Meeting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I personally like it's screen sharing option. During covid-19 period in my university all teachers are taught us through this app and share things in screen for our better under standing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike most which is chat opption. If you want to send any message to your friend it is shown by all of the member connected with the link this thing I dislike most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a particular case when someone arrange a meeting by zoom some people join in a short time and some people delay. If there is any option where i can send a message to the people who are not join yet it will be helpful.
