Zoom was a lifesaver the past few years
What do you like best about the product?
I am on the SF Folk Music Club Board and a member of People's Music Network and other organizations.
Thanks to Zoom, we held virtual events and song swaps throughout the pandemic.
People from all over the world joined in!
It kept many of us from feeling isolated and depressed during the worst of the pandemic and is still a valuable tool.
I'm also a retired special ed teacher and was asked to fill in for a teacher. Classrooms wouldn't have been able to function without Zoom!

What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest thing is that, being involved with many music song swaps, we are not able to sing together with each other due to the latency factor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing has been the addition of breakout rooms.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has kept abreast of needed changes over the past few years. They have great audio and video connection most of the time, almost always better compared to other video call options.
What do you dislike about the product?
iPad format is still lacking, especially in terms of having the same options available as on a desktop, especially for controlling/hosting a video call.

The Dislikes are
Audio Quality: Headphones become a must to use at times. It becomes difficult to use
Settings: The settings option should be more advance
Lags: Many times, the Zoom App lags when used on the phone
Screen: I have faced screen freezing issues
Background: You need to have excellent & professional experiences; minimal options are available
Logging Out: Many times, the participant gets automatically moved out from the meet & webinars.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Very stable. We use it for LIVE streaming with Auto. Transcript. Nice feature

I honestly can't think of a negative. Perhaps make it FREE?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Those unable to attend worship in-person, can still be connected with their church family.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom for both personal and business use because it is very easy to use. It just takes a few clicks and you are ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I don't like about Zoom is that sometimes it is glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to connect with prospective clients and instantly jump on a call to help them solve an issue. It helps me to be more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and share the link, reasonably priced, and user-friendly. Keep the history of the previous zoom, Pictures, and sounds are always great. The option to share screen is very useful

I would like it if you have the option of more than one admin to have control over a lard meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are contacting clients overseas quickly, and scheduling meetings ahead of time. More jobs get done when we meet face to face. don't have to leave your office to contact others
Seamless and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily you can add people to the meetings and how it automates reminders when people are late for the call. So easy to use when im on the road for work as well or from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the downside is only when im on my phone - the gallery view is not always accessible and it takes a minute to find notes or the comment section the first few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessibility to my team and customers while helping us maintain our corporate culture when we don't always reside or work out of the same office location.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use with the program. It is easy to screen share, comment, and share meetings is easy as well. Accessing a meeting and the fact I can join with my phone is also nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how creating a meeting is a bit cumbersome and clunky. It could be worse, but I think there should be a faster way to create meetings and share. Adding to your calendar is easy, but should be more integration automated with calendars than it already does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with virtual meetings as well as screen sharing with other teams to better understand issues that we are experiencing. Zoom also helps with smaller meetings for our team as well as larger sized meetings.
Zoom as the best Online Conference Room
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoom is that we get the option to record video and audio conferences and the recording is saved to our computer's hard drive. Zoom also connects with Google Drive and YouTube.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom doesn't allow the participants to access the chat, files, and documents after the end of the meetings. There are many important chats that happen during the meet, and I need them to save but as once the meeting is end, all the chats are gone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provided a very convenient mode of holding meetings for all-purpose and connecting people who are not physically there over zoom meetings. It is very easy to hold monthly meetings with family and daily college projects meetings.
Zoom had a learning curve, but at the end worked like a charm!

connecting with people electronically, and with the option to limit it to only audio, video, and chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
some connection issues at the beginning, but moreso it is the lack of training and/or ignorance of some of the users I had to deal with. I wish it were Zoom for Dummies.

connection is improved, so I don't miss calls or have bad spots as often than before.
