Zoom has been a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
It has many features; however, to the end user, it is simple and easy to learn and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using it almost daily for over 2 years there is nothing I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to work from home more, which has been a game changer as a caregiver to my husband. I can still attend meetings, check in with staff, give stellar presentations and run reports that allow me to manage and follow up with those who attended training.
Both for business and personal, the platform brings forth professionalism and reliability.
What do you like best about the product?
The continuous stream, uninterrupted connection and professional setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters can use better aesthetics and accuracy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the capability of signing would be the best. But being able to present and meet with clients is a huge time saver, giving the business better turnaround time and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very intuitive to use. It's share tools and the ability to control each other's screens is seamless. Connectivity is good as long as you have a good internet connection. Great little features too like smoothing out your skin on video :) The waiting room feature is really easy as well, and having a personal meeting room.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many meeting platforms it can require fast internet speeds to work well. I also find that some other users prefer not to have to download a program to connect with me, so a web based alternative for people without an account would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been working remotely from my home office for a long time now, and Zoom has enabled me to connect with my co-workers. It is even better than in-person meetings for sharing information, where we used to huddle around one person's screen or all try to see small items on a big screen in a conference room. And connecting with video brings back that more personal connection.
Great for Personal Meetings and Large Group
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who's not particularly technologically savvy, Zoom has proven quite user-friendly. With just a little searching and fiddling around, I'm usually able to figure out most functions fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have a hard time with the audio settings and having to go to the website to make changes. Additionally, I wish there was an update feature that was automatic so that you weren't having to do the whole process if/when you're running late for a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been a quick and easy solution to one-on-one meetings, small and large groups. I especially like how easy it is to share my screen and/or allow others to do so on the fly.

Easy to create the link for meetings and send to clients - Great way to communicate and meet with my clients. Effective tool for my business. Professional and reliable.

Zoom solves the communication problem and allows remote workers to connect to those who work in the office.
Used every day, the best software in its class
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom always works, you can record easily, and it integrates well with Salesloft. The blur setting works well, and Zoom works well on my iPhone on cellular service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it needs permissions again to do things like share screen after it updates, which can be annoying. But luckily it doesn't need to update very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows my company members to communicate internally, and communicate externally with clients in a professional way. Additionally, the backgrounds are very professional and we can upload our own for specific meetings.
Very easy to use and to customize
What do you like best about the product?
That I am able to do remote control of various systems and, while it took some reading into the matter, now my family and friends love the fact that I can work from my place of residence and work on their systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I do dislike is sometimes the options tab to request remote control does not appear sometimes after doing an update. I am okay with that because it's software and there will always be room for improvements and fixing errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because I can now do remote control of systems, I can help more family and friends. Being pretty busy, it's hard to make it to the place that I have to do support.
Zoom is a convenient platform for a work meetings or learning puproses.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Zoom is that you can use it for free for up to 40 minutes if there are more than 2 people, and for an unlimited amount of time if there are only 2 people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The crucial disadvantage is unsafety, which has been proved during pandemics. There were a lot of cases when unknown people could join the meeting (sometimes a class of students) and could show them inappropriate videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving problems with the affordability of online meetings. Even if you don't pay for a subscription you can still rejoin the meeting after the 40 minutes of free time passed. So this way you can use it unlimitedly.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely user-friendly. Throughout the pandemic and after it has been a true lifesaver. Zoom is easy enough my grandmother can work it, but also has a lot of high quality functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that the website and Mac app sometimes are slightly disconnected so I struggle to reassign the meeting owner. This is an easy fix though and just takes a second longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is our company's video platform. We take all of our internal and external calls through Zoom. It seamlessly connects with my calendar and makes meeting scheduling easy.
