Best Video Chat program out there!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy, simple, has lots of features, and is compatible with computers, phones, tablets, and particularly any device out there. No other better product on the market that I can think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost... sometimes can be a barrier as all the add-on features cost money, but in order to maintain a superior product, you have to pay for it. In the end, it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with employees and customers have never been easier. We were an early adopter for organization use and since then we could not live without it. Keep up the great work!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use
Helps eliminate travel
Safer to use during COVID than in-person meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is quite helpful in my business, my church, and in my club activities which have been able to continue despite the pandemic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No travel involved, and safer to use in the pandemic

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can connect with anyone anywhere via video and chat. I can also manage users and licenses from the admin panel very easy, never had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have audio issues. I'm not sure how to fix these, but its not very often. The help section online offers support but its not usually what I need help with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Face-to-face conferencing. Hosting Large meetings within the org and outside of the org.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use... Easy to host, share and attend
What do you dislike about the product?
When I host a meeting every time I need to allow others to share their screen. I would prefer to set a default value for my meetings when I set the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communicate with all the remote workers easily.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to join calls. The chat function is good. The security options are good
What do you dislike about the product?
Allow emojis in chat. Sometime screensharing stops working on multi-screen monitors. Once during a call we got Zoom bombed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to set up calls. Zoom client works well on desktop and mobile

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and has great features for Facebook live. It is also easy to record in and use to do podcast videos or other training videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much that I dislike, honestly. I haven't had anything to complain about, but do wish that the price was a little less. The discounts they offer are great, but are limited time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do a lot of 1:1 conferencing with clients and it solves the ability to see my clients face to face without being directly in front of them. Clients have no issues logging in either.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease, integration, options within the zoom video for video and audio, low cost subscription, ability to download files
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes integration w Google calendar is odd. Won't be able to use the link in the calendar and have to start a new meeting as mine should be starting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online meetings with clients, potential clients and podcast guests. Easy for people to use, helps me easily set appts up.

What do you like best about the product?
The "rooms" feature and some of the admin features such as being able to auto-mute new joining members to the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the quality is not the best and can be laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy-to-use software for company meetings and we also use it as our main business phone line.

What do you like best about the product?
Team meetings are well managed, especially for teams working remotely. Allows raising of hands, presentations etc, with a lot of clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Restrictions that are given to trial versions of meeting time maximum of 40mins. It also hasn't automatic synchronisation with google calender to provide reminders; hence someone may miss a meeting because of this. Joining zoom meetings requires that one has to enter a meeting ID and again the password/code, they need to remove the password/code part
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote meetings and it has perfectly matched my roles as I support an organisation remotely on zoom as well as work with my project with remote teams easily

What do you like best about the product?
-Highly reliable
-Option to Record
-Records all participants
-Stable across global connections. Any connection issued are at the ISP side of things
-Provided a strong platform for fitness professionals to broadcast classes to global audience
What do you dislike about the product?
The features I am familiar with perform as expected. Any issues experienced are more to do with bandwidth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a stable and easy to use one-to-many communication tool for presentations and classes. The option to save recordings is also great for those that cannot attend live or that have unreliable internet connections.
