Easy to use for meeting with clients

What do you like best about the product?
Our staff likes the simplicity of using Zoom with external clients. Zoom makes it simple for people who are not tech-savvy to connect to meetings. They love the screen-sharing and the whiteboard options in meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I I don't like with Zoom

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use and easy to find information or help. It helps that I am able to meet with a larger amount of people and they can leave comments in the comment section. I can then later go and keep that comment section to refer back to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about zoom. I will admit that when I first started using zoom it was a little confusing. There were just too many things to learn. I would suggest offering new users an instructional video or get-to-know zoom call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me keep in contact with my officers during a time when we could not meet in person. It allows for a greater number of people to meet at a time and for us to see each other during those calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Up note: zoom is popular and promoted as easy however not so easy for non techie
What do you dislike about the product?
Signed up for zoom account for me and my fiancé for our businesses. I was double charged $15 mo each x 2 people $30 mo and same charges on different credit card with my fiancé zoom account without us knowing we were double charged. Zoom only reimbursed portion, it was obvious we were not heavy zoom users. I used zoom for nonprofit meetings and personal health wellness clients. Fiancé used zoom for nonprofit meeting once week and music clients. It was digital error and we should have been fully reimbursed for overcharges. I still want full refund. Haven't used zoom much since fiancé's death 2021. Talk more audio than video
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access for group nonprofit calls, private 1/1 calls video.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly easy to connect with others either to just talk or use as part of a podcast. Connection gets established quickly, and there are rarely problems. It's been very reliable since I started using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the connection gets unstable, and some people have gotten kicked out for no reason other than connection issues. Also, the avatars are too limited in movement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving a huge problem of being able to connect with people and seeing them to discuss plans, issues, or just chat. I know some friends who can't het outside and use Zoom as a means to communicate.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and it makes communicating easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom takes up a lot of bandwidth. Sometimes people we work with in rural communities do not have good enough internet connections to join long meetings.

Some of the more advanced features are not very easy to figure out, and with our type of account, it isn't easy to speak to a person. I feel like I am left on my own to figure most of the features out. There are articles, which are helpful, but sometimes they can be frustrating and time-consuming to read and figure out.

The format of Zoom itself is impersonal. A little bit of Zoom is great. Too much of Zoom is a bad thing. Our participants in longer trainings that take place many days over Zoom usually complain about this, and often give us lower feedback ratings on the overall event itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bringing people together easily. People from communities outside of ours can join trainings and meetings that they otherwise may not have had the opportunity to.

What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom platform allows me to meet with clients on schedules and days that would not otherwise be available, because of the flexibility of using either my laptop or cellphone. I can meet with them on a moments notice, if schedule permits, without having to drive across town or state.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest downside is too many people wanting to meet via Zoom instead of in person. A double edged sword. Virtual meetings are more difficult to convey the in-person 'energy' that can sometimes make deals happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to better manage my busy schedule by meeting with clients for quick check-ins without driving across town or state. I am able to then be more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it possible for me to connect to various audiences for the multiple roles I play in my community as a teacher, coach, family member and volunteer. Zoom has made it easy to plan and participate and host various meetings, on different levels and venues. Often these meetings are more effective on Zoom than they would be in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get locked out of meetings due to access that is required that Zoom does not recognized even though I am a required participant. Not clear if this is a host or Zoom issue..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering training to remote locations. Meeting with coordinators for my freelance work. It helps me to be more productive due to a focus on issues that are required and makes meetings more effective, but possibly less generative.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up and run meetings in zoom. Love the calendar integrations and the available apps to add captions to meetings. I have had to use Webex and Bluejeans in the past, and definitely not as user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint is that functionality is not the same across all my devices. I seem to have problems with getting my Android phone to switch to my laptop and vice-versa, I can't change my background on my tablet, and it is sometime-y when it comes to being able to switch between my laptop and tablet. I wish everything worked consistently across all devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure what problems they are solving in the Meeting space. The focus seems to be on UC and Zoom Rooms and connectivity of screen, and sound devices. None of these are current concerns or problems my firm is concerned about.

What do you like best about the product?
COVID introduced us all to ZOOM. Now it is a valuable tool for all aspects of our work and family life.
What do you dislike about the product?
My internet connection can lead to problems but that is a not a function of ZOOM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to work with clients all over the USA and Canada instead of just in my immediate area.

Zoom into a new way of training!

What do you like best about the product?
What I find the most beneficial about Zoom is my ability to coach my clients virtually with ease! But not only that, I can easily record my sessions to send to my clients for later use when needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the least helpful part of Zoom is the background options, but that is not because they aren't good, but rather just because I do not need to use them for my purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the issue that I have of not being able to see certain clients in person. I found Zoom during Covid after the clinic I coached in burned down, and ever since I've been able to train and help clients not only in my area but across the country!
