Easy, reliable, convenient
What do you like best about the product?
There are two things I really like about Zoom when compared other platforms.
1. It integrates really well with my scheduling apps. Together they take care of all the details so that I don't have to.
2. My client don't have download or install anything to join me on Zoom. They just click the link.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could figure out a way only show my screen when recording meetings. Perhaps it exists and I haven't figured it out yet but that would be really nice. I think that is it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a business advisor so I have a lot of meetings. Zoom allows me to meet with clients all over the county in a very easy way. I don't have to personally send links to each client, I don't have to walk them through how to join the calls.
And while other platforms drop a lot of calls Zoom is very reliable.

Use it daily for delivering intercultural trainings
What do you like best about the product?
The chat feature is the one I use all the time! It's amazing how things have changed so much now that I can work from home virtually with people from all over the world!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sound feature does not work and that can be very frustrating. For the most past that is the only issue that I have encountered with clients so that's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to work virtually! And this is something that has helped me enormously. It's the easiest platform to be working with and I will continue to use it!
Perfect tool for share screen and video calls.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and convenient to video meeting and share screen. The perfect way to record and keep minutes of meeting recorded. We do a lot of review calls and a very nice way to keep records of the client's requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall everything is great just would love extra storage for recoded cloud calls and some quick settings for multiple screen sharing. Rest everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saved so much time to commute and travel for client meetings. Have recorded proof for all changes the client requested.

What do you like best about the product?
I like many features provided by zoom like Video conferencing, team chat, and Secured meetings. It didn't matter how many members were plugged in on the meeting there were no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been 3 years since we are using zoom and there haven't been any major issues. We have faced small issues when the oom used to get updates and due to which it used create some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom platform is free for video conferences of up to 100 participants at once, with a 40-minute time limit. For longer or larger conferences with more features, paid subscriptions are available. Features geared towards business conferences, such as Zoom Rooms, are so useful in making everyone leverage the technology.
Zoom is great for online meetings and classes
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can meet in a group, create break-out groups, and even share a whiteboard. In general, the sound is good and so is the image. I also like the fun backgrounds, hats, mustaches, and funny faces that can be used during calls. The recording quality is also excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is for people who aren't used to zoom to "find" it on their computer after sharing a document for example. It is hard to explain to people how to annotate or use different functions because they don't show up when screen sharing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using zoom for our online classes and online training. Before the pandemic, they were in-person of course. We bought several zoom licenses and have been happy with Zoom. Would be nice to have a bigger non for profit discount..

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to be "face to face" with potential clients, current clients and business associates and affiliates has helped to grow my coaching business to a six figure success story.
What do you dislike about the product?
The down side of Zoom is the amount of screen time that I spend daily has increased over time. I combat this by taking breaks away from my desk, reading books and taking walks outside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me to extend my reach from my local community to be a nationwide and international business. Since 2018, I've done business in all 50 states and across the borders into 10 or 11 countries!

What do you like best about the product?
Every family member has had the opportunity to be involved. Zoom has a clear easy to use platform that various abilities of tech savvy individuals can use and feel comfortable.

To be honest, there has been very little we don't like. I have had a professional account since 2019 and it continues to get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved the problem of geographic distance for my family business. We are able to connect virtually often and not have to fly everyone in for a board meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
I've had very few tech difficulties with it; I've had Zoom for 6 years+ so that's significant. Most people are familiar with it and have it installed. I used to use Skype but I found it so unnecessarily complex and glitchy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would record to the cloud automatically, and store a decent number of recordings. It would be nice to integrate with a service like Otter (which stores a lot of recordings), so I have automatic transcriptions

Helps me to meet with my clients "face to face" and to have clients from all over the world. I wouldn't be able to have this business without that capability! I've used it from the beginning in this business.
Zoom is way better than the alternatives. It just works. Like all the time.
What do you like best about the product?
We rely Zoom for our 1 Day® Websites, which involves being on a Zoom with several people for 9 hours straight. I've used GoToMeeting, Google Hangout / Meet and Join.me. All of them seem to have hang-ups when trying to get non-techy-savvy people to join. You spend at least 5 minutes of every meeting getting people one.
With Zoom, people just seem to think it's more intuitive and have less trouble. I like that Zoom lets you join in the browser or on the app. I like that if the person uses the link and is dialing in on the phone they don't have to type all the meeting ID stuff. I like that it shows on your toolbar so it doesn't disappear as easily as Google Meet.

Some of the best settings in the account user interface are hidden (like the Zoom Rooms option).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for work every day both with our team (which is 100% remote) and client. It saves us from having to type back and forth on a chat all day. It's easy!
I love the quality of Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Connection quality, recording capability and quality, optional breakout rooms, whiteboard (if I knew how to use it . . lol. I always drop and quality freezes when I use other services though Teams is knock, knock, knocking at Zoom's door.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could look at the people I am talking to instead of the camera to make eye contact. I realize that's probably a hardware issue but would love Zoom to figure it out.

I moved to Zoom pre-COVID because of its reliability and then I LOVED it to the point of addiction during COVID because I met so many people and stayed connected to more thanks to Zoom. Now, I can do business from anywhere which makes my dream job possible.
