Dependable resource
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's quality is superior to the other video platforms available. I find it to be easy and much more understood by the majority of those that I am interacting with which makes signing on and connecting so much quicker and less of a hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to easily give presentations while navigating chat and participant functions or multiple screens. Also, knowing whether there is a passcode required is confusing or sending the long invite with all the information can be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to connect with potential customers, complete healthcare services, and provide educational presentations which are all necessary for my daily job functions.
Out of all the various platforms, zoom is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user-friendly. I also really like the different setting options. I also notice that the camera is much brighter than any other platforms I used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't use my own background without it looking weird. I tried better lighting and a green background with no luck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to stay connected to the office while working remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very intuitive and user-friendly. Best user interface with several customizable options to run and record meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
No known downsides. As an administrator on the account, would appreciate the ability to restore history and meetings for a deleted account

What do you like best about the product?
It was very helpful when I couldn't do onsite appointments anymore due to the pandemic. Now, it continues to be useful to give options to my clients for an onsite meeting or virtual. Zoom has also been helpful for meetings with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like. However, when I tried uploading a screenshot for the question below, it doesn't show the entire screen, so I'm not sure that you can see that I'm logged in. I had to use my phone because I don't have a camera on this desktop computer. I logged in from my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that you can integrate zoom into other programs such as Google Calendar and Acuity scheduling.
Necessary Skill and Not User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is a stable technology any usually functions well. Breakout rooms are helpful, as are the chat feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up new meeting schedules is very confusing. Many features (security) are very difficult to find or understand how to use.

Helps connect people in different countries and time zones.

Zoom is helpful because it allows my team to come together for meetings although we reside in several differnet states. We are able to record meetings assign co hosts
What do you dislike about the product?
There are often log in issues and there are no real time support individuals. Each time we have a scheduled meeting a team mate has been unable to log in. Without a support persom they move on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the distance betwen teams. It is increasing productivity. It allows us to continue to work from home during a nationwide pandemic. It has allowed us to increase productivity.

The ease of connecting - emailing colleagues the meeting time and setup link has always worked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have yet to not be able to connect when using Zoom.

Remote working would have been nearly impossible without Zoom. The price point and ease of use make it invaluable to my work life.

Zoom is a great resource for calls, team follow ups, and running large-scale outreach events.

Things like breakout rooms are a bit time consuming, and video quality can be a bit 'iffy' across the board

What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to set a meeting and able to share immediately with others. I also like being able to record meetings, Really helps with taking minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could save several profile pictures so that I could choose the one that best fits the meeting that I am hosting or attending.

Zoom has eliminated the need for many people to travel to attend a meeting. A one hour meeting used to involve 2 hours when you include travel to and from.
Quick, affordable, easy-to-implement solution to remote meetings/work
What do you like best about the product?
The widespread familiarity of Zoom was the main reason we selected it. Many of our volunteers and colleagues were already using it and those that weren't could install it for free but up and running with it quickly and easily. The fact that it was operating system "independent' was a factor, too. No fight between the Miccosoft Teams people and the Google meets loyalists.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major drawbacks with the the product. There was some confusion among some team members who found themselves with multiple Zoom accounts because they were using it for personal applications as well as work-related meetings and collaboration. Occasional upgrades and multiple versions had some issues. While the security needs are understandable, the need for more stringent participant verification made starting and monitoring meetings a little less seemless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially started using Zoom to address the need for remote meetings during COVID-19 shutdowns and quarantining and isolation of staff and members who had exposure or positive tests. Because of the ease and convenience of the applications, we're continuing to make Zoom participation an option for most group meetings.
