What do you like best about the product?
The system emails the link for webinars to attendees and follow ups.

sometimes confusing with change of hosts and panelists in using the system

Helping to help get the word out by webinars rather than live seminars that I used to give before the pandemic

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is intuitive and very user-friendly, even to a novice or someone who doesn't frequently use technology. Makes many services and opportunities accessible to those who may not otherwise be able to take advantage of them. The app is integral to this aspect of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to require a great deal of bandwidth. If someone has an iffy connection, they often cannot utilize both video and audio. If there was a way for it to need less in the way of internet speed, it would enable more folks to use the video along with the audio.
Also-- I cannot figure out how to update my version without having and then ending a meeting. The information offered online about how to update the application seems inaccurate or out of date.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a mental health provider, and Zoom has made telehealth more accessible and user-friendly to folks who previously or otherwise would not be able to access mental health services. I was able to keep my business up and running during the pandemic and beyond. I am able to work remotely, which also offers me a better quality of work and life.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to share my screen and control of my device. That is the main reason I use Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is not being able to share control to someone who is on an Iphone or chromebook. Also, for someone to take control using an android phone is cumbersome but at least possible. I would like it to be as easy for someone to control my device as if they were using TeamViewer Quick Connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to be face to face with clients/team
Zoom is perfect for virtual meetings/classes!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Zoom has options for app integrations, polling, and most importantly it is RELIABLE!

I wish that Zoom would automatically update attendees' software.

With Zoom's popularity, I can now meet with people across the country without traveling. I am so much more productive.
It's so easy to use and popular.
What do you like best about the product?
How I can easily integrate it with my calendar. And how easy anyone can connect and we can have meetings all over the world at any time with anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the permissions that it asks from android users and windows users. Also how long it takes for the audio to connect. That's a little bit annoying. Sometimes we will have to mute and unmute an order to connect to audio.

Connecting with large crowds of people globally. No more driving to meetings and wasting gas and time. Whether it's a family meeting or a corporate meeting, everything is just one click away.

I really don't have anything. I would love to get someone on the phone. If I needed to.

My Business is online, and being able to see my clients, have zoom rooms, do webinars, and do breakout rooms. It's a win-win.
Zoom is easy to use and explain to less than tech savvy
What do you like best about the product?
In using Zoom weekly for almost three years, we've only had a couple of technical problems. It allows us to connect to a larger audience easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionality for sharing videos and screen sharing sometimes feel a little cluncky. For example, needing to specifically choose to share audio with a video every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us connect to members of our church who are homebound or on vacation and worship in a way that is interactive for those at home. It allows us to hold meetings without driving everyone into church during rush hour.
Easy to Use and Great to Connect!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to use zoom. I have never had issues with logging into a call I created, or something else did.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom would prompt you to update it every so ofter so it doesn't happen right as you are trying to hop on a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows for me to meet virtually with anyone I need to, inside or outside my company. It is easy to collaborate and jump on a call with or without video.
Easy but still not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
The free account makes it easy to try it and see if it meets your needs (but there is a limit on number of participants and the duration of up to 45 min). Only the scheduler needs an account and can invite others to join who don't have accounts. A paid account lets you invite more people, have longer duration meetings and store recordings of calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not always clear how scheduling is done (i.e., what email it will come from) or the best way to schedule (i.e., to have Zoom send the invite, or copy the Zoom meeting info and send by email or SMS message, or paste into your own calendar system and send invites from there. Probably the biggest problem is that cancelling Zoom meetings doesn't seem to remove the old invitation so it stays like a Zombie on your calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy way to setup meetings with business colleagues (or friends and family). Share your screen and documents. Haven't yet tried the new whiteboard features.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about using Zoom is that it allows people to participate in meetings from wherever they are. Over the past year of using Zoom we were surprised that we got so comfortable with it and were able to forget that we weren't in the same room together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only frustration I experience in using Zoom is with people who have spotty internet service--or who don't know how to use their own equipment to connect with our group Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to continue meeting with my group no matter where any of us might be. Even if someone is not feeling well, they are still able to sit in on meetings, get something from the discussion, and make valuable contributions to discussions and decisions.
