What do you like best about the product?
Functionality and ease of use for all employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
No AI note taking feature. Requires additional buy up to intergrate SSO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new Clips features is a great way to share screen and capture voice overs for training purposes.

Great products that keep getting better!
What do you like best about the product?
How it just works, with limited errors, issues or lag.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost too many new features and new options to tweak.

I have built out the Zoom workplace product for multiple companies and I administer it.
What do you like best about the product?
The admin interface is simple and straightfoward.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a phone system product, they are missing some key functionality and the answer is always its coming, even if its not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its unifed our video conferencing solution with our VOIP solution. This makes it easier to manage.
Great Company Resource
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to start up a zoom call when I need to get a visual of something. It has a lot of features that make my job a lot easier. No antiviruses block it either like some of the other programs that can be used for meeting or sharing screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see many downsides with this product besides having to be licensed to access some of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives a quick and easy solution for me to meet with my boss every other week and go over the goals and projects we have.
Systems Admin
What do you like best about the product?
Admin consoles are intuitive. The screen sharing is high fideleity and allows for 4k to 4k shares with no loss of resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have all of the same features as RingCentral, which has made our migration a bit harder. RingCentral has custom message notification sounds that come in handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is alllowing our largely distributed workforce to remain in constant contact and doing this in a way that is fairly intuitive to manage.

Would love for recordings/attendance to be a little easier to access

for us the integration with Zoom Phone and Zoom Rooms has been fruitful

Feels a bit crowded in the Zoom app on desktop, a lot of icons that are not relevant to our team

It's the best video conference solution out there and with Zoom Phone integration it works great for in office functions as well.

So far so good it’s been a wonderful I like that we can collaborate all in one place and not need to exit to use another 3rd party tool

I believe if they could include more application integrations it'll help

It's broken the barrier of not being able to collaborate with people at different environments
Crucial to business
What do you like best about the product?
Our team of 500 use Zoom every day to communicate internally as well as make all inbound and outbound communication through Zoome Meetings, Phone, or Webinars. We also utilize Zoom Rooms for all of our in-person meeting rooms which makes collaboration easier. Their customer support is quick to respond, and was easy to integrate and implement into our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like features are sometimes pushed out too early before they're completely fleshed out and have a good direction. They usually figure it out along the way though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves all of our face-to-face but remote comms needs, both internally and externally. Their product offerings cover all our needs which means only dealing with one vendor.
