Zoom has been a great platform for growing my online coaching program.
What do you like best about the product?
Zooms ability to integrate for scheduling purposes and lives on Facebook. Also ease of use for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video quality for recording. I wish it was better quality since I am recording live sessions and uploading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is bringing clients together from all over the country and making staying connected simple for everyone. Offering easy integration with FB lives and groups allows me to grow my audience with ease.
Zoom is very useful at connecting people.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has enabled me to work seamlessly from wherever I am, with great features like auto-record, translation and virtual backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to edit comments in the chat as a host and also be able to add the option for simultaneous translation when a meeting has started. It would also be great to be able to record two languages in the cloud for a single meeting when there is translation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to connect with people around the world that I would otherwise not be able to meet.
Fantastic communication tool for all levels of business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to set up and I can use it both as a standalone app and within the browser,it has several layers of security so i can make sure that my business and my clients are safe while using this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish free meeting time would be extended to 1 hour instead of 40 minutes, as it makes for very abrupt meetings with clients at times. As well I hope for an updated modern UI in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps our business to save time traveling to various meeting places with clients as well as helps extend our market to further distances and remote locations.

What do you like best about the product?
That fact that I can meet with anybody, anywhere at any time. It has made simple office meetings across the state easier to accomplish. I've not used too many other platforms but by far, it works well for me and my department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if the internet is buffering, it delays (not sure if that's a zoom issue or network issue). This would be a question for our tech support, but all in all, I have no issues with navigating Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to meet face to face for quick meetings and interviews have become easier, especially with the gas prices. It allows applicants to still make the interview even when they can't make it interview in person.

ease of use, storage on the web or device, cost is relevant to product use... priced just right

need a little more storage on the web thru zoom and maybe a few filters to use during use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom is enabling personal connection thru technology. When in need of connecting in real flesh and this is impossible for one part or the other and even large groups, this alternative viewing of live persons can be a close substitution for accomplishing the meeting goals and rendes-vous in the first place!
Super easy to use, minimal maintenance
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple enough for all of my users to use while requiring minimal account maintenance. Users understand how to initiate and invite to calls without much if any explanation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding an extra user seat is not as quick or intuitive as it is on some other services. Streamlining or shortening the process would help save a lot of time on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My users reach out to customers and prospects worldwide. Zoom is such a widely known product, that we save a lot of time when setting up video meetings and conferences.
Zoom is a good app if you can afford the basic annual subscription.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the app integrates with my G-suite for work. This means all of the meeting info goes directly into my calendar and finds my contacts automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more options to configure meetings to my preferences, it is pretty limited right now. I would love to be able to set up all of my preferences and have those be the default. Right now I end up changing all the preferences for every meeting it is annoying to have to do that every time. I have a recurring meeting that does not need the waiting room feature the waiting room feature is clumsy when you are trying to do intros and such during a meeting. I want to be able to shut off the waiting room as a default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helpful when you need to quickly put together an online meeting. I also like that folks joining my meetings can be a guest, or do a free zoom account.
Good for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
very easy to use with clients and schedule. We use this across our whole organization on a daily basis. We have no issues doing so

There isnt much bad to say about zoom. the pricing model (free) meeting limits are sort of short

Since the pandemic we have gone completely remoite and use Zoom daily for meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy for us to set up online meetings with families. The sound has improved to proved a good music lesson experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they didn't add the limit for one on one meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched to zoom for online music lessons during the pandemic. Now we offer that as an option for students and teachers who can't make it into work that day.
Easy video conference system for meeting with clients - even seniors
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use the program for a new user. I send a link and it is as easy as clicking the link and following the instructions for my clients. Even those who are less familiar with technology are able to easily join the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult for my clients who are unfamiliar with the technology to turn on their camera or their audio. It is a fairly straightforward action, and for me it is extremely easy, but for many it can be a challenge to find the right button. Perhaps if there was a brief tutorial when the program is first installed showing where the most important buttons are it would make things easier for my clients who are using Zoom for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with my clients. It has been approved in my jurisdiction to witness matters for real estate transactions, which allows me to expand my practice across the entire province fairly easily.
