Simply the best video conferencing tool around
What do you like best about the product?
I've used pretty much every video conferencing tool available and Zoom is simply...better. The UI is easy to use and understand and the learning curve is minimal for anyone who uses another system. Along with my "day job" I also pay for a license for myself because the tool's ability are so much less buggy than the free tool provided by Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit of a resource hog and, on my personal license, I can't seem to disable some of the security features which make it easier for people to join. Otherwise it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication acrosss large, distrubuted groups of people.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and ubiquitous Zoom now is for nearly everyone on the Internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very versatile as far as bells and whistles on my chrome OS. No special backgrounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom connects me to clients too far away to meet in person. Zoom saves me cancelled appointments for travel and minor disruptions.
Zoom is Great, make sure you have good internet
What do you like best about the product?
Using zoom is very user friendly, and a person with basic computer knowledge will be able to use it with no problem. They continue to add more value by adding things such as the whiteboard, and more options to the meeting room.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is that most times when I use zoom, it takes up so much capacity for my internet that I have to make sure everything is closed out, or I have to reset my computer once I am done with my zoom meeting because of the amount of space that it uses. Seems to work better on my phone for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving being able to have more face to face conversations with people that you would otherwise only talk to on the phone. it helps build bettr relationships when doing business with people that are in other states or even countries.

Easy access for meetings, very simple to set up meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Options to make changes are not user-friendly. Its a bit challenging to make changes to settings like name or photo or background. When changes are made not all devices match. Customer services/support for billing issues is hard to get a hold of. Very difficult to update billing communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it more time effective and efficient to get more done in one day. Out-of-state meetings are more flexible thru zoom.
The best video and sound quality of any teleconferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how reliable Zoom is - when using other software it can be grainy, choppy, or seems to freeze more easily
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the clunky invite template when you copy/paste an invitation to a meeting. It seems to have way more info than most people need and makes my email invites look cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use zoom to conduct online counselling sessions with individuals who otherwise can't make it in person, or when one of us is feeling sick. Zoom helps us stay safe and also to broaden my client base
Finally a consistent meeting and video calling platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very consistent call quality and video quality, coupled with top notch meeting and screensharing utilities like remote control, polling and breakout. We used WebEx and GoToMeeting in the past and they were both riddled with call connectivity and video issues that we haven't seen with Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally very high CPU usage with video on but haven't seen any significant issues as a result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we have gone remote, just about all of our internal team meetings are conducted on Zoom. Zoom has helped us to team build, integrate new team members and ensure departments and teams do not get siloed. Beyond that, we use it for most of our sales presentations and product demonstrations.
An Essential Business App
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps us quickly get online and gather folks for a conversation, whether formal or informal. We can see each other in real-time, despite distances and keep up to date with one another easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can only be helpful when we are all able to log in at the same time, sometimes it is difficult to share log in information and there are times when traveling especially when the connections are not as good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is a work from home order that happened during the pandemic became permanent and work from anywhere. How can we keep working collaboratively when we are separated by miles and time zones? Zoom is the answer.
Excellent Option for All Online Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to get a meeting launched - no fussy steps for hosts OR participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
The few times that it glitches, it does so badly. Usually a meeting restart is required which can be very problematic but fortunately, those times are rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule meetings on demand with so much less back and forthing is a HUGE time saver and optimizer. I am also able to fit more meetings into my schedule since there's no travel time. It lets me have "face to face" meetings with people who are still socially distancing. Being able to record the meetings is a HUGE plus. Screen sharing makes in the moment experiences possible. Frankly, as easy as it is to conduct business with Zoom, returning to pre-Zoom methods really aren't all that attractive!

Easy to use and has great features that I haven't found in any other video chat provider

Sometimes crashes or doesn't connect to camera but that's only been recently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I no longer have to see clients in person because I have Zoom. We also record our podcast episodes using zoom. It's so convenient!

There is nothing to dislike! I use many platforms and Zoom is my "go-to" platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Zoom provides an easy mechanism for me to meet with my organizations at any time of the day. I am able to record these sessions for later review... which is big for me.
