I love Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the capabilities of zoom, I've been using it for the last 3 years and it has been a great tool and resource. I work from home so it is important!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there is anything that I dislike about zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work from home to meet with potential clients virtually from the convenience of their own home is so important for me and my business. It helps to not only strengthen my connections with my clients but also my community.
Zoom got my company through the Pandemic and now its a staple
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use and intuitive, everyone in our company and clients can use it with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of a downside. Its been so easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with internal employees as well as our clients face-to-face. In the past we've relied on a conference call line which just didn't work as well.
We use Zoom daily!
What do you like best about the product?
Webinars and virtual meetings have become the new norm. I love that I can use zoom via computer or phone to seamlessly connect with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of, the available settings are so extensive, we've never found anything to be missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now no longer have the challenge of coordinating schedules to find an available time when everyone can be in one location. I also find that meetings held virtually tend to stick with the meeting agenda more closely, using everyone's time wisely.
Consistent & easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Predictable user experience. works well across all hardware/software. In my experience, it is more consistent than using google meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it's always easy to toggle screen share tabs.

Allows us to work with our team in a hybrid office schedule. Allows flexibility and consistency for repetitive meetings
Easy Access
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is that it is easy to work with and that it is not limited. Meaning, we can do so much with the app like video conference and whiteboarding all in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Zoom is sometimes if your internet slows down for just a little bit can cause freezing a crashing. I remember this happening to me constantly when I was taking classes online and had to miss a lot of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem Zoom is solving for me is being able to communicate with others around the world with just a computer. Another problem that Zoom is solving is being able to git 300 people in one common area.
Solid Service
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a consistently reliable service for managing my remote meetings. As long as there is a stable internet service, zoom works great and delivers the quality I need for video communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Zoom was the timing for free meetings. They initiated a time limit on free meetings without alerting me beforehand which resulted in a client call getting cut short in the middle of the call. I understand their desire to charge for longer meetings, but it would have been nice to have a heads up before the meeting began.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Modals / slideouts for chat, participants, etc. are inconsistent and cause issues w/ full-screen and split screen on my mac

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows us to connect with all of our candidates and clients in a seamless and instantaneous way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are times when recordings of our zoom calls are delayed in processing. Not a big deal, but sometimes the processing time is not consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to run our business completely virtual thanks to zoom video conferencing. This saves our customers and clients travel expenses and gives us the opportunity to have a completely remote team of professionals based all around the country.
Zoom is easy to use, and essential in marketing and meeting new clients.

I have really liked the webinars. It was easy to set up and easy to keep it rolling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know any downsides but I would like to easily access all of the people that have ever registered for my webinar in one place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients are all over NY state and so rather than drivng around which costs money and could potentially cost me my life in a car accident, zoom makes it so I dont have to go out to meet them. I can also meet with many people at once. And i can live in a place i want to live for other reasons rather than where my clients are.
Zoom is easy to use and perfect for teaching short classes
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity with which I can quickly create a meeting for one of my online classes and the fact that it is integrated with Eventbrite, which makes it easy to sell my classes there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it never remembers the information I've input the last time. All my meetings are the same so I'd love to just copy and change the date and title...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom as the mechanic for teaching all my online classes. During the first COVID lockdown this allowed me to quickly set up and manage my online teaching practice and that helped me to get through to the other side with my business intact.
