About the zoom workplace
What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful application for professional use .best thing is this is unpaid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now for dislike .i like it very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used for business meeting and client calling. Schedule a calendar and many more.

My research was approved via Zoom workplace, I was out of university.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom Workplace for our team meetings and collaborations, and it's been a game-changer! The video and audio quality are top-notch, and the screen sharing feature is seamless. The platform is user-friendly, and the virtual background feature is a nice touch. Zoom Workplace has increased our team's productivity and connectivity, and I highly recommend it for remote work arrangement.

There is internet issues some time otherwise it's perfect

Having to login in everytime I use Zoom , however, I real like ZOOM

Being able to Zoom with many indivialus at one time whie till still having the option to make individual rooms .
Best Video Conferencing tool ever!
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the UI, Video Settings it offers such as touch-up appearance, HD video and using Iphone as camera. It's very easy to use, and it's integrated well with my outlook email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I disklike about Zoom is it keeps logging me out of the SSO session because I use my org's email to login.
Everytime I have to press SSO, and then go to the webpage, login and redirect to app and it frustrating before a meeting

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have both Microsoft Teams workplace and Zoom workplace and let me tell you the dread I feel whenever I have to attend a Teams meeting. The UI is pathetic, inferior audio and video capabilites and screen sharing on MAC is loaded with problems

The short time span demo accounts which is 30 minutes

Video and Audio Quality
What do you like best about the product?
The video and audio quality are really good, It is very useful to have a reliable video/audio software for business communication. Its very easy to use and implement. I like the features available that complement business communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support could be better than it currently is.

Allowing reliable video and audio connection making it easier to hold meetings.
Dependable and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Most important is the stability and quality of calls and the ease of scheduling, those are fundamentals, but in addition I really like the addition of social interactions

The interface is easy to use but it doesn't thrill me to look at it or interact with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can schedule conference calls with screen share, manage participant interaction with neat ways for them to express themselves during the call.

Seamless virtual meeting experience
What do you like best about the product?
Effective for conducting meeting for larger group of participants. The free feature allows to conduct multiple meetings. Features like screen sharing and virtual board aids in efficient and an interactive session.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recent scrutiny of security and privacy concerns discouraged me a bit to use zoom platform. So relying on this virtual platform requires a lot of attention. Moreover, the issues of pooraudio and video quality sometimes interrupts a smooth session.

It has increased the work productivity by providing the opportunity to connect with professor and people at the comfort of my home.
Great tool for Team Collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace has made team collaborations so much easier with its meet scheduling, calendar integrations, easy to setup, and how much light weight it is on your machine. The fact that they have a well integrated mobile application and software application. I am a Mac user, so good news that they do have a perfectly built macos software as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing about their UX is when you create a meeting, you have to go really deep into their UI to find the COPY URL button which you can share with people, whereas google meet, on the contrary, bring the URL right in front of you so you can copy and share with people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the biggest problem of remote working, conferencing and remote meetings. And its benefitting me in all the different aspects of remote work, whether it's calender scheduling, screen sharing, video and screen capturing or virtual classrooms, zoom has got it all covered.
