Efficient Video Conference Calling
What do you like best about the product?
I fully appreciate how smoothly the program runs, even across different platforms and operating systems. I personally have only ever experienced clear video picture and audio sound quality. These remain consistent regardless of my internet speed or even device. There are also many ways to tailor the conference call experience, like giving and taking away muting permissions, having a waiting room, having breakout rooms, and more. It's a program that can be customized to suit the need and nature of any conference call.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any application or program, there is going to be a bit of a learning curve to understand and become familiar with the interface. ZOOM, while still intuitive, does have a steeper initial learning curve than some of its other video conference call competitors. ZOOM offers many options and initially has quite a few prompts that require the user to have some technological know-how. That being said, the target demographic is for business and academic professionals, so that shouldn't be too much of an issue; however, for the Everyman, the interface isn't as intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom offers a practical way to have lager-scale online meetings. I've used Zoom for meetings with over 400 participants and we were able to organize the crowd effectively — from a streamlined way to invite people regardless of device, operating system, or if they even have the program downloaded or if they don't have a Zoom account.

What I like the best about Zoom is the ease of use for people who are not so computer savvy

I wish recorded Zoom could be in higher resolution video
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many older people or immune compromised people at church who still are not coming to in person fellowship. The ability to fellowship on Zoom keeps them tied into church.
Great place to meet
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a Godsend for active ministry to teens, especially during the Covid pandemic. It was a strong antidote to the relational loneliness during lockdowns.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran into some glitches when hosting a large group, just managing the group. That probably was more a function of the learning curve than the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling together leadership meetings across large distances. What did take time for driving for some no longer does.
Perfect service for clinicians
What do you like best about the product?
The connection is stable and secure which I need for meeting patients. I also like how easy it is to schedule appointments that integrate with Google Calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more background options with animation such as trees blowing in the wind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped cut down on missed appointments. That makes my practice more profitable and is more convenient for patients.
Essential tool for online classes
What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom primarily to teach classes online. The multiple whiteboards are very helpful. It's easy to share videos, photos and power points. Sometimes it's even better than in-person classes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight lag between when you speak and when people hear it. It's probably not Zoom's fault, but it is a nuisance that you have to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I teach adult ed classes and now I can teach groups in other states and time zones which never would have been possible before.
Zoom is still the best video conferencing service
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom client works smoothly. Client software does not depend on other components, like Microsoft Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any specific dislike. The only dislike is the subscription expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I own and run an IT support company focus in Microsoft solutions. We use Zoom in addition to Microsoft Teams because of how easy Zoom works compared to Teams.
Easy and Professional Software for Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has never given me a problem in terms of sound quality, video background, camera or screen sharing. I love how zoom has a built-in whiteboard to share with my clients so I can draw and show them concepts as I explain. I love how zoom is able to let users choose their own background or blur our background so to hide some of the unsightly objects/mess that might not be able to be moved. Even the blur option works very well to hide objects in the background enough to not be able to discern what the objects are. Screen sharing is also another great ability of zoom that I use frequently. The ability to share only certain windows as well as my entire screen is useful to hide certain tabs from my audience when giving a presentation or educating, as I frequently have notes on the screen that I do not want my audience viewing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom video qualities seem a bit grainier than other online meeting software. When I use my Samsung pen to draw on the whiteboard, zoom sometimes doesn't capture all the strokes as I write or draw. This can be frustrating as my presentation doesn't flow due to technical difficulties. I've tested my pen on other drawing boards, and there is no issue; and it only occurs on Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps provide the ability to meet my clients from anywhere in the world. This helps me reach clients that are not in my immediate area, and even helps me connect and reach clients out of state. Besides 1 on 1 meetings with clients, I'm also able to connect and meet with team members in group settings which saves me money and time. With the pandemic, it was very difficult to continue staying connected to friends and family, as well as meet new people. Zoom provided a solution to allow us to continue to socialize with others, even strangers through an online portal.
Easy To Use - Diverse Controls
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to schedule meetings. Sharing the screen is flawlessly simply. I love the option to record the sessions and to have the transcripts of the chats.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more control of where pepole are on the screen. If you would move people around to be in a row on your screen, and to pin them there. Instead of just the main speaker, or seeing everyone all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has brought my meetings into a virtual space. We used to do conference calls, but now we can share documents through the chat among any platform or operating system. It brings an ease of networking to our committee.
Never a Problem
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up and very easy to use. Consistently works flawlessly with high quality audio and video

No complaints as I find the program works without problems

Since covid began I have used Zoom for numerous video business calls every week. Since using Zoom I have cut my travel costs and in-person meetings by over 90%
A Versatile Product That Will Stand The Test Of Time
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for many occasions, both professional and personal. It's an easy and equitable space for people to meet together. I love the ease of use and how it has become a pretty universal meeting spot for large groups of people or people who do not live physically close to one another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the options are not the most obvious or user-friendly. It can be difficult to figure out how to blur your background, share your screen, or just quickly invite a friend to the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is one of the biggest reasons I can operate my business remotely and do not have to worry about only meeting with people who can meet with me in person. My business is a podcast and thanks to Zoom I have been able to interview and record with people from all over the world without ever leaving my house.
