What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly convenient to set up meetings both through my computer and on my mobile device. Most of the time I copy my invite code and paste it into a calendar invite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as many people are using it. For those that have switched over to other applications, it seems challenging for them to get on. It is also frustrating that I can't make other people co-host in a convenient way, for them to share their screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me a reliable and convenient way to host video calls. It also works very well with my Macbook and does not require constant logging in.
Zoom is my go-to for connecting with clients
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple, free, and easy for my clients to use, no matter where they are in the world. With screen sharing I can show them what I'm seeing, or vice-versa.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any technology, it is only as good as your WiFi connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom enables me to have real-time face-to-face conversations with my clients, including screen sharing, as if we were sitting at a cafe together (which I love).
Zoom - essential for business
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the video is what makes Zoom better than all of the other tools out there. We are a Google shop, but we still choose to use Zoom for important meetings because of the quality and stability of the connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom doesn't let you set the ability for anyone to screen share, slowing things down when you want to collaborate. The host has to click 3-5 times to allow others to screen share, especially if not everyone has a paid Zoom account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the most professional video communication tool out there. It might seem silly, but when a company has a paid Zoom account, it may make them appear more legitimate and serious as an organization.
Useful automatic captions for the Deaf with transcripts available
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is Deaf-friendly for sign language users due to easy features for pinning sign language interpreters or enlarging the screen to see live sign language interpreting in a big screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automatic captions on Zoom are not always accurate due to errors and grammar/spelling/punctuation errors resulting in misunderstandings or comprehension gaps. Transcripts need to be available quickly not delayed generated by the Zoom software itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Zoom is trying to reduce errors in automatic captioning from speech to text for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Zoom users, especially sign language users like myself.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share ideas in an easy-to-use, powerful way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find a feature that Zoom is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need the means to communicate with my colleagues on a moment's notice. Zoom provides that solution. My team goes farther, faster with Zoom.
Highly reliable and very well-adjusted for teaching
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very reliable. In fact, I do not remember it failing to satisfy my needs. I love that I can have permanent links to my lessons which my students use. Also, breakout rooms are very helpful.

I do not think there is anything that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an Engish tutor and have regular classes with individuals and groups. Zoom is the best solution for my classes. It allows us to have high-quality online lessons.
Zoom for the future
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and set up. I love the options for background and also messaging to both individuals and also to the whole group.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't quite figured out Whiteboard and how to incorporate into my meetings.

Reaching multiple people at one time and being able to control my meetings.
Thoughtful Features
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Zoom for several years as well as other platforms. Zoom's features are well thought out and helpful to the presenter as well as the audience from the chat to the invite (that includes a reminder), polls, and setting up webinars and templates I appreciate how they always want to improve the experience for the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the Team could use the Webinar feature instead of having to name it to one person. This makes it challenging when we have one person setting up the webinar and another person hosting it. Or if we have multiple people presenting webinars in the same month. While frustrating, it's not necessarily a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We host a lot of client meetings, team meetings, trainings, and webinars. Zoom allows us to easily schedule and promote all of these from Outlook or the internet.
A helpful aid during a difficult time.
What do you like best about the product?
The stability of holding meeting confererences.accessibility. other apps have always had the video conference abilities, but Zoom has been very consistent with minimal stability issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to join multiple zooms under the basic zoom. Although there is such an option for business versions, however I personally have never experienced this feature, and therefore a real loss for other not to have the accessibiltiy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They were all pretty on top of fixing issues. Previously therr was an audio issue with a certain version, but by the next update (which was relatively soon) the issue was fixed.
Convenient way to connect
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the ability to schedule meetings ahead of time and send the link to participants. Also the link is included in the calendar reminder for the meeting as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inconsistency of the links provided. If I send someone the link ahead of time and I am the host, once I am in the meeting waiting for attendees they cannot access the room. They receive a message that the host is in another meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I purchased the business Zoom and it gives me the flexibility to schedule meetings longer than one hour. Sometimes 45 minutes is not enough time when conducting business.
