Zoom is our meeting platform.
What do you like best about the product?
When we had to shut down during Covid Zoom made it easy to be up and functional within a day. Easy to reach out to clients remotely. We teach pilates classes and I needed to have students access the class online. It was easy for my clients to access. I continue to have zoom classes and the scheduling software I use links to zoom. I have private appointments and classes with zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more functionality to set users settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can teach classes to students all across the country.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the clear picture Zoom offers, the ease of changing or adding custom backgrounds, as well as ease of use and access.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I've found I don't like about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a fully remote workplace for the last 14 years, Zoom allows my team to easily gather face to face, be more productive, share screens and record meetings when needed.

At times I teach music. There is no way technologically for the entire class to play simultaneously.

Especially if the class is a bit specialized, and thus the local face to face audience is limited,

The in-app recording and ease of use and accessibility when podcasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recording can be a little finicky when it comes to wanting to record each camera angle separately to make the editing process easier. An option to have separate video files would be excellent.

Recording remote podcast guests who can't make it to our studio.

Without zoom, I would not be able to serve as wide a client base as I do because of geographical constraints. I am not limited to my immediate commutable area.
The platform is reliable, sound is clear and is a great tool to conduct meetings

It is convenient, quick, and reliable. I like the fact that I can have a meeting while sitting at home. I also appreciate the quality of the sound.

Sometimes it stops randomly. This can be an inconvenience when one is in a meeting.

I don't have to do meetings face to face anymore. I can talk to anyone from the comfort of my own home. I don't have to travel to meet people, so it is more convenient and I can get other things done quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers a secure, seamless, convenient, stable, and fast way to connect with everyone -- colleagues, clients, customers, family, friends, and everyone in between.
What do you dislike about the product?
The outages -- though very infrequent -- sometime defy explanation. Wouldn't mind a follow-up communication when an outage does impact a meeting from Zoom technical support about the cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication during the pandemic couldn't rely on the telephone alone. A video teleconferencing method became essential for staying in touch with work colleagues, family members, and friends. Zoom accomplished that and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is convenient, increasingly secure, and has continued to add useful features like the whiteboard capability, which makes it easy to conduct employee trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom still occasionally depends heavily on individual connections - if one person in a group has a mediocre internet connection, it seems like the quality of the entire call suffers as a result. With that said, I'm not sure that that actually is how it works, or if the problem is with my own wifi!

Zoom has solved a number of problems, including the question of how best to manage an international nonprofit with a variety of directors located all over the world. The necessary level of interconnection is now no more difficult than figuring out the time zone difference.

It is easy to use. Most people can easily use it. It is simple.

I dislike when someone joins on their phone it can sometimes be hard for the audio to connect.

They solved the problem of having multiple people on your link but they can be in other rooms.
