Efficient and dependable
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great because you can customize the experience for one on one convos and group convos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only I dislike is how I cannot blur out my screen even though I am a paid member. I cannot find how to do it.

We love everything about ZOOM, keeps our whole team connected and newer features keep getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amazing video conferencing and easy to connect with non users. Program is always stable and keeps our team connected worldwide.

What do you like best about the product?
Our representative was really helpful in figuring out what we needed vs what might be helpful as an add-on. The software itself is intuitive and easy to use, for our team and our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that we dislike, per say. I am interested to see what other features they come out with to support as the world transitions to more remote/hybrid models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work remotely, so being able to both schedule large meetings and hop on quick calls is really helpful. For those of our clients that are unfamiliar with zoom themselves, the interface seems intuitive and easy enough to pick up.
Zoom: The Solution No One Knew They Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom was there with a user-friendly interface and reliable connectivity when the world needed it. Like many others, I had never used Zoom before March 2020, and I found it intuitive and full of all the right tools. The recording option is incredibly useful for me as a writer and journalist, and even the olds can manage to share their screens. I like the gentle filter as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish transcription services were included with the professional package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I live in Georgia, United States, and I have clients all over the world. With the new norm of video conferencing, this world is so much smaller now. I don't need to travel to interview subjects, saving thousands on travel expenses and helping the environment. It is a moneymaker for me, and a way to keep in touch with far-away relatives.

Zoom allows me to assemble disputing parties from various states to address their legal issues in a neutral setting without the inconvenience of travel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I have no dislikes; however, some attorneys believe that their clients would have a better rapport with me in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mediating legal disputes between parties. During the pandemic and after, I have been able to serve more clients.
Helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a tool that helps to eliminate travel time and brings together people from around the world or just around the corner, allowing you to share multiple images, videos, and ideas and work collaboratively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's great to be in the same room together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing us to work together even in this pandemic world. Working as an architect it allows us to share walkthroughs and see the same thing while making changes and recording the meeting for meeting notes.
Solutions for the post- COVID outbreak world
What do you like best about the product?
The past 3 years have seen constant change and adaptation in the workplace. Zoom's willingness to adapt and meet business needs as needed provided solutions desperatly needed. Zoom Rooms took it one step further, making setup and collaboration for multiple staff a reality - especially when running staff briefings across multiple remote locations and head office.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Zoom room subscriptions, perhaps more bundling of products could be made available? Especially around the webinar product - having access to webinars via a Zoom Room subscription would be great. With the ever increasing product, a packaging of options would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like many organisations, collaborating multiple sites (especially with more staff working remotely) is vital in todays workplace. Zoom bridges that void between physical locations, ensuring both communication and collaboration...but also a sense of participation and personal interaction - an important trait for mental wellbeing!
The best video call platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is by far the best video call platform out there. The highest quality video quality with the least drops. Decent integrations with calendars and third-party apps too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a bit over-kill sometimes but hard to fault other than that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video calling and meeting scheduling is nice and easy - no dropped calls and decent call quality.

What do you like best about the product?
Conveniently switch devices during a meeting, as well as record the content. Also love the use of reoccurring links, which has helped personally and professionally
