Zoom Has Impacted My Personal and Professional Life
What do you like best about the product?
The first highly emotional experience with Zoom occurred several years ago when I was able to unite with several siblings who were spread out across widespread parts of the country. We had not been together in the same room since my mother passed nearly 20 years earlier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not care for your company's total lack of staff support. There is absolutely nowhere to turn when major challenges come up. We have met with absolute disaster at various times. A customer service hotline would raise my opinion of your services considerably
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to communicate with global contacts from around the world with very few technical interruptions. We couldn't possibly be more pleased. We are a non profit organization
A lifesaver for our kids during the pandemic!
What do you like best about the product?
When the world shut down in 2020, I was immediately able to pivot all of my programming to zoom, so even though the kids I work with couldn't be together in person, they could immediately be together on zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who works with kids, it would be nice to have more control over what they are doing (for example, being able to lock the ability to put on hats, masks, filters, etc.) during certain parts of our meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to collaborate even when we are far apart. During the pandemic, I was even able to direct a musical on zoom! Multiple families said the ability to stay connected was what saved their kid's mental health over the last few years.

What do you like best about the product?
zoom allows its users (with adequate bandwidth) to share ideas, documents, learning experiences, as well as very engaging human contact. I have used zoom, professionally as a media consultant, as an instructor and have used it with a great degree of satisfaction in a range of interpersonal recreational experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fee if reduced would greatly broaden its installed base. It would result in broader reach into an expanding potential market, and ultimately it could rival TV and conventional websites as a platform for commerce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It facilitated and provided an alternative to other COMMUNICATION PLATFORMS, LIKE (SKYPE/WEBEX) I have used it in both my WEB MARKETING CONSULTING, VIDEO PRODUCTION Business and I have used it communicating with Colleagues across the GLOBE. I regularly communicate with Asia, Africa, Europe, the UK and all three of the Americas.

What do you like best about the product?
The "USER FRIENDLY" features of ZOOM. We are a group of six women - almost all 80 years old. (Most have known each other since kindergarten .). We are in WA, IL, DELAWARE, AND FL. We meet every two weeks on ZOOM and can chat as long as we want to without any interruptions!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found one thing that I dislike about ZOOM! Neither have my ladies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not able to go on our trips every year. ZOOM has allowed us to keep our special friendship!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is intuitive to use and, though many other video conferencing platforms offer the same features, Zoom is the most seamless application. It's not over-complicated or unclear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Secondary features can be hard to master without looking deep into the help files, so accessing features like break-out groups can require some research. It's also sometimes tough to tell which level of Zoom purchase offers which features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to do one-on-one meetings in a more personal way than even meeting in person might. When you are on Zoom, you are there for one exclusive purpose.
Excellent Programme, But Worth The Cost?
What do you like best about the product?
The stability of the programming makes Zoom the premiere online video conferencing programme. For educators, this especially is useful with the creation of breakout rooms and for hosting webinars. Zoom deserves all the credit for immediately removing the 40-minute time limit for teachers at the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of Zoom makes it prohibitive for a regular educator or small company to be able to purchase. For a non-profit, the pricing of Zoom is out of reach, putting an undue burden on organisations that are trying to improve this world. The removal of the 40-minute time limit is laudable, but everyone knew that it could not last. The lack of a change in pricing structure, after the expected economic downturn and loss of jobs due to Covid-19 will prevent many from being able to access the full scale of Zoom possibilities. There is a LOT of lag when doing a presentation that has videos built into them through Zoom, I was no impressed at all by this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing us in our work at the Holocaust Centre of New Zealand to continue our important work while even during the lockdowns of the pandemic. The rise of antisemitism, hatred, and discrimination due to the pandemic has skyrocketed and thanks to Zoom, we've been able to combat that disgusting response to people's fear and mistrust.

able to see persons as we meet. able to meet all areas of the country to save on cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
troubles logging in between devices. It hasn't been smooth between computer, ipad, phone.

being able to meet face to face with others throughout the country.
Zoom helped my business to expand
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I am able to work with people all over the US (and beyond) has been life-changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is used so much that many people are getting tired of working this way. Additionally, the interface for performers is difficult (the audio mixing is a bear - and if people are trying to sing or speak at the same time, that's impossible and annoying)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My ability to work during the pandemic. Since the pandemic, the ability to work from home frequently as well as the opportunity to reach out across the country with the work I do.
Straight forward and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is so easy to use. I can send off the log in information and it's easy for a novice to log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure. Outside of some connection issues I don't have an issue with zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bring together people from all over the country whom we wouldn't otherwise be able to engage with.
Dependable and great audio quality for podcast.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, dependable, very good audio quality for podcast episodes, I like the chat and questions features, and inviting people is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't usually use it to schedule. I just email the link right before the meeting. I have to figure out how to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never thought I'd have a 100% virtual coaching business, but I love it, and Zoom is the only platform I use.
