Easy and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use. I've been using it for a couple years to lead a small group. Many of us are not very techy but we have had no problems. I'd recommend using Zoom to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am using Zoom and have a problem or question I am not sure where to go to get an answer. I often go on my phone to then find the answer on Zoom. I hesitate to say I dislike this but it is more of a simple bump in the road.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering with a group of folks to discuss a book and socialize. It has been very effective for our group, especially when we could not gather in person. Though we could meet in person we still use Zoom to meet weekly.
Outstanding Application for Long Distance Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is pretty intuitive, has excellent internal administration, and has the capability to support large audiences for meetings. Zoom is much easier to use than other apps I've experienced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've experienced was difficulty within Outlook in double-scheduling meetings; however, this could have been due to my inexperience with the application since I use it so sparingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to conduct ministry board-of-director meetings despite having board members spread out throughout the United States. It allows video interaction while previously we used conference calls.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is it's ease of use and the website integrations. I can easily link Zoom to my other business platforms without the worry or hassle that something will go wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say I dislike is the cost to add on Webinars. I believe that it should not cost as much as it does and the fact that we must still pay our monthly subscription rate plus the add on is a bit much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me solve my business problem by allowing me to connect and reach people around the world. I can host an event in the United States and feel confident that I will be able to host it with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been able to learn and use Zoom for multiple meetings for my congregation during and continuing despite COVID.
It is easy to schedule meetings and tailor the setup for our security needs. Everyone has been able to join without difficulty.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the updates occur frequently and a tool's location may be changed. But this does not generally pose any problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting online is preferable for some folks and we are able to meet that need/preference. It is especially good for out-of-town consultations. We like the interactive nature of the services we can offer online and the breakout rooms allow for more intimate sharing.
An excellent platform for video conferencing, but could use improvement for music teaching purposes.
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a way for me to teach music to a student anywhere. The recording options are great, as they allow me to host recitals bi-annually with students, their families, and their friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to keep musical timing between my students and myself. Often I either have to endure the lag or mute myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solved the problem of sanitary instruction when the pandemic hit its peak in the Spring of 2020. It benefitted me by allowing me to retain many of my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is always there, with a click I can be in a meeting with people across town or across the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a chat option I'd love to see - I'd like to see the ability to save the chat AND to save the chat with "private" messages removed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of meeting people at a distance, and having to spend gas money to go to a meeting. If I have a zoom meeting with someone and they don't show, I can just do some work in another window
Easy to use, many features to see my clients by TeleHealth.
What do you like best about the product?
I have the same link and I have to admit each client which protects against someone accidentally breaking into a session. A few people had their time wrong. I could text them their correct time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I provide therapy by Zoom. Especially when it is couples therapy or family therapy I lose some information especially when they are only using one device ( one camera) on their end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see people who can't or won't come in due to time, health, or when two or more people are in different locations. Sometimes people forget their appointments. Zoom has allowed me to contact a person who is late and still connect over Zoom most of the time rather than waste an appointment time.
The only video platform I like.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy-to-use dashboard. It's attractive and approachable. The user interface is so intuitive. If you know how to use windows or android then you can use zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting can be a little hard. If you are not knowledgeable about making corrections through the control panel. It might be better if you had some tutorial videos to help users understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Your platform provides secure digital meeting spaces with reliable and established tech. I'm very productive on the platform. Zoom has allowed me to continue my business in this post-COVID.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Updates are current and "techy" stuff is at a minimum

Sometimes tough to get a tech support person quickly Also in the tech support chat sessions it is frustrating that they expect their chat personnel to manage a minimum of 3 separate chat sessions at the same time. I usually end up waiting a L-O-N-G time between responses from the person I'm chatting with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote working is so easy now. And the audio is getting better for remote viewers

Seems restrictive when it comes to how you can use a white board or that you can't integrate things like OneNote instead of white board but idk if it works this way with Apple pen or not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can sit in our house and hold a meeting . but even if in office all together it would save time of going from room to room and then doing the talk about the weather stuff.
