Easy to use for business
What do you like best about the product?
I can quickly schedule and meet with clients all on the same platform

Nothing! It's been quite useful for the duration I've had it.

Scheduling meetings
A useful tool for bridging great distances.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can control who's able to share their screen, the ability to record, and that I can schedule meetings in advance. I appreciate that I can change backgrounds as well, in order to hide my setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there have been security problems that led to a few instances of Zoom bombing. I *REALLY* dislike the fact that every time I log into Zoom on my personal account, I have to confirm that I'm using Google. Then, when I share a meeting to my calendar, I have to AGAIN confirm that I'm using Google. Every. F---ing. Time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to bring people into my meetings from other parts of the country. I run an entrepreneurs group and a writers group, and in both groups, I've been able to bring in speakers from three time zones away.
I prefer Zoom over the other platforms I've tried
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use and it offers a lot of integrations. I use it mostly for sales calls with customers. It's very simple to set up and easy for my prospects to respond to and participate in sales calls with me. I also use Go To Meeting and don't consider that as easy and seamless, and Microsoft Teams is just clunky to me. I would say the video quality is about equal between Zoom and GTM but the video quality of Zoom is better in my experience than Google Meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the platform works well but I find the drawing tools less intuitive than Go To Meeting's. Once I got used to it, it was fine but it took me a while to even find it. To be honest I didn't look very hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have multiple client meetings per day with people all over the country. Because Zoom is so ubiquitous, everybody understands how it works and there's no "credibility gap" when you say you're sending a Zoom invite. Better, because it's integrated with my booking solution (Book Like a Boss) and my calendar (Google Calendar), the meetings are created and entered into my calendar automatically when someone books an appointment with me on my landing page. I have no involvement; it just shows up on the calendar (I have default alerts set so I have plenty of notice). Basically, Zoom and the other tools I use have allowed me to eliminate cold calling and driving around in person so I can make far better use of my time.
intuitive, easy, & reliable all while being system agnostic
What do you like best about the product?
The system is fairly intuitive and thus easy for infrequent users to get right and because it works well on mobile, it reduces stress around having to stick by my desk for an odd time connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get a little confused at times with the security settings around screen sharing and participant admission, but otherwise very few complaints or issues of concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The demonstrative ability to 'show' a vendor, client, or prospect exactly what we are working on has been a huge benefit to our product growth and customer adoption.
Zoom Puts Us In the Room
What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest challenges in our work in the past was related to costly travel and meeting hosting. Zoom gives us the opportunity to get into the room with stakeholders and levels the playing field.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are really no significant challenges to the Zoom platform, it works the way it's supposed to, when we need it to. If there is a delay in logging in it will usually be related to the loading of updates, but we appreciate that security on the platform is important to the developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Indigenous governments, capacity is always an issue. There are never enough funds to do all the work and take all the meetings that need to happen. Zoom has made meeting with business and government executives in the cities available to Indigenous communities, no matter how rural and remote. That has been a game changer for advancing Indigenous rights.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly platform to set up audio, video, share screen, record and send the recording to my clients.
What's been really helpful is the integration of Zoom with my online calendar Calendly so I don't need to create individual zoom links for each client meeting and the integration with Vimeo so that a zoom recording gets uploaded automatically in my Vimeo account.

What do you dislike about the product?
Having to sign back on every time I need to use it, even when I clicked the box that says "Stay signed in".

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of distance. I have clients in Canada, in the US, in Europe and distance is no longer a problem. I can expand my reach without leaving my house. Also I love that I can teach my Masterclasses, give conferences, meet with my clients and mentos, meet with my coaching groups without leaving my house. I save time and money and so do my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the white board! It allows me to create visuals in the moment with my clients. When we are finished, I email them a screen shot and a copy goes in their file!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I were able to move the small screen where I see myself, rather than just taking it off the screen completely. I also wish there were more color options for the whiteboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has offered a universal way for me to meet with clients all over my state. With my unique specialty, it has allowed me to reach clients who can benefit from my help even when they live far away.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to interact with people virtually in a clear and user friendly way. Sharing your screen and having a clear picture is a huge improvement over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Zoom is the cost of subscription to be able to unlock its full potential. But even then, the cost is reasonable.

It's helping me connect with people that I would not normally be able to do in person on a regular basis because of distance and convenience of meeting in our own homes.
Zoom is a decent platform
What do you like best about the product?
That it is easily accessible and is well known. the backgrounds, the private chatting; you can have an offline conversation and can be used for on-the-fly presenting
What do you dislike about the product?
I consistently have tech problems, particularly with audio drop-off. I also dislike the 40 min meet window for free conferences. Better telephony, better backgrounds, a better formatting for save recorded meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers a standard online meeting tool that many people are comfortable with. It is easy to continue to conduct business remotely. Business performance has been static for a couple of weeks.
ZOOM; A MUST HAVE
What do you like best about the product?
Convenience and it is user friendly. The accommodations. The ability to have breakout sessions. I haven't tried any competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't experienced downside. Not at this time. No problems. N/A.
