Best phone/meeting app
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace makes everything easier by being in one place. Very user friendly. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there has not been a downside of using Zoom Workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace gives our company all the calls and text messaging capabilites needed.

The room features, it allows me to crate rooms

Lag issues, camera issues, and sometimes it quits

I think main problem is how to organise workw It makes zoom effective

It is changing the way that we hold meetings from doing it in person to virtual.
Standard For Business Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and ease of use is most appealing, it is easy to use and train others to use even if they are unfamiliar with video conferencing or any computer sofrware. It has also been very easy to apply and integrate Zoom into Outlook features such as calendaring which has made scheduling much easier and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity issues are ocassionally a problem, but not as often as I remember prior years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having regular staff meetings with a staff that now ranges in location and availability.

he product just works, regardless of what platform you use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many updates, but I guess it is a good thing since security is always top of mind for the zoom team.

Zoom allows to meet virtually at any place in time, as well as provides FREE digital signage for our office lobby. Saving us thousands of dollars a year.

Some individuals have a tougher time navigating Zoom, as it can be new technology for them.

Being able to meet with clients digitally. This creates more time within the company to put towards other clients rather than having them come in person.

Easy to use and brings everyone together.

Sometimes can be a little slow and can cause glitches in the video speed.

Best on Class Collaboration Software
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a simple intuitive interface to facilitate collaboration across organizational boundaries. With the changed interface, better themes, built in security features it improves productivity whether it is a scheduling a meeting or a webinar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The toggling bar at the bottom of the screen with options cannot be minimized which reduces the visibility of the screen and needs to be moved often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in both internal and external meetings. Particularly helpful is the screen sharing, recording, meeting notes and instant chat features.
