ZOOM is excellent for online teaching

What do you like best about the product?
ZOOM is broadly used I could attract students from many countires.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that for groups over 25, the second screen had only the participants who do not fit on the first screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My teaching was all in person workshops prior to the pandemic. ZOOM allowed me to shift to online and continue teaching. I continue to use it now, which means I have in person as well as online people. This increases my income.

What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom because it's got all of the features I need to support our internal team, our clients and tech needs. The screen sharing capabilities, polling abilities and video conferencing has become an industry standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the screen share function acts funny and doesn't catch up to what is actually going on the screen. I don't really dislike anything else about zoom as a product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's serving as a virtual meeting space when everyone is working remotely and the clients I work with on a daily basis count on zoom and it's capabilities to get work done in every way.

Really functional for my online consulting business

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can connect face to face despite being across the world from my clients! It allows me to create intimacy despite distance. It's different then just using a phone app!
What do you dislike about the product?
Zooms connectivity issues can be a little bit frustrating, or when the audio cuts out. I also don't like the recent change to their free service. More access to rooms would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me connect to my clients especially the ones who need visuals to feel connected. It also allows me to work with multiple clients at once which is great for scalability

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful with zoom is how many different features it has to use during a call. For example, remote control to help teach my associates and let them play with software. The virtual backgrounds and fun things you can add on the call make it interesting and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of zoom are that it can sometimes be difficult to change settings and the settings need to be better organized. I find it difficult to find certain things I need to change or fix and can take a lot of time to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that updates to zoom are somewhat frequent so I know that it is constantly being worked on and upgraded. I do not have any particular issues that zoom is solving at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
Used by many so attendees are familiar with how it works. Easy to share your screen and I also love the breakout room feature. It is reliable most of the time. I like the different views.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a couple of minutes to load the meeting and always asks for permission to connect to audio. It is not horrific or pain-causing but it is time-consuming. The log-on part is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in a remote first organization where we need to connect with our teams and colleagues. It also allows us to connect with clients in a remote setting. We also host events internally with it.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule and access anywhere, everyone can use it. Also, love that I can set up meetings remotely around anyone's schedule, allowing more freedom to complete tasks efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are connection issues, requires strong internet. Otherwise, it seems like it can be difficult to get others online when having lag issues, and to be able to screenshar ewithout lag. Not really much that can be done differently, on Zoom's end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Orientations for remote hiring, meeting with clients, and team meetings are all benefits I enjoy. These have helped to make time management easier and to help build team camraderie.

Zoom saved my business during COVID

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, multiple access paths (phone, link, etc), reasonable rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates occasionally increase time to perform actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID, my martial arts school was shut down. Starting online Zoom classes managed to preserve a core of my students until we could re-open in-person and re-connected me with former students who lived remotely, some of whom still train with us via Zoom. It's also allowed quarantined students to train from home, increasing their quality of life.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simply the easiest and most accessible form of meeting tech on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Zoom has been easy to use and crucial to our ministry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During Covid, it kept our church community connected and made worship possible. Now, it is a valuable tool for giving access to those who cannot leave home, traveling members, and to all who can't travel in bad weather.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily meet with my team and our clients at any given time. It allows me to stay connected even when not physically in the same location as my team and our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues so far, everything has been great as I have been learning how to best utilize Zoom for my team and our clients. If anything does arise, I will be sure to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not physically being in the same location as others and allowing me to still meet with them. Also, during the pandemic when many of the team was working from home we were able to easily communicate.
