Easy to use software for all types of online meetings or remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a very simple and easy to use interface. It doesn't take too much efforts to setup a quick meeting, and the best part is that all the meetings get synced with my calender in real time so that I never miss any important event or meeting. Apart from this, the new AI feature really helps in taking quick notes from the meeting. For example- In my job, I have to note down all the minutes of the meetings and I cannot afford to simply miss any detail. This feature helps me note down all the key details with one simple click. I also enjoy the high video and audio quality which is again paramount for all the professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I really dislike about Zoom is that the browser version is sometimes very laggy compared to the app and this really becomes challengeing at times. Whereas, I have never faced this challenge with other competitor softwares which provide web access as well. Other than this, I sometimes every worry about the privacy though the company claims to provide end to end encryption but at times I found this to be not true.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workplace helps any organization to work online without having to really physically meet. And this helps in quickly take actions on key business issues or save a lot of time and money. It helps us build our team and quickly make movements on the strategic decisions.

User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly and it allows one to record the meeting.

I just love everything about zoom and I see nothing to improve.

What do you like best about the product?
Via a peer-to-peer cloud-based software platform, it offers online chat and video telephony as well as audio and video conference rooms, virtual events, messaging, and contact centers. In addition, Zoom provides an open platform so that outside developers can create original apps for its unified communications system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic Plan features limited meeting time which ends up automatically after 40 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lag of audio and video clips.

What do you like best about the product?
It's convenient to use, especially the Slack integration to start Zoom calls directly from a chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any current concerns about Zoom Workplace. It works well for my purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We generally use it for virtual meetings, video conferencing, and screen sharing. In my opinion it works very well for these purposes.
