I love zoom and prefer it to other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I think Zoom is very reliable and less buggy than other products. It has lots of great features to enhance its useability as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to change things in settings because there are so many options. would prefer more cloud storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for interactive meetings, even virtually, it makes collaborating easier, simple to present and record things

I couldn't ask for more. No wishes for inporvements

I despise online meetings, but Zoom makes it easy to connect and have fun even in large groups. Fun equals a better show-up rate and results!

Easy to use, great tools and functions
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom allows me to share my screen, control other people's computers with their permission (and vice-versa), and use multimedia when I present. It has an additional layer of security with its ability to add a password to meetings. It works well with any browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few, if any downsides to using Zoom. It's preferable to meet in person, but when you cannot, Zoom allows you to meet virtually in an easy-to-use format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to acquire and retain clients from everywhere.
I have used Zoom for more than 5 years for all of my client interactions.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy for my clients to adapt to. I am able to video the session which is very helpful for the client to review the session. Break out rooms enable to delivere of workshops for multiple of client groups. I use the same Zoom address which provides me with a 'Zoom" office.

.some times the video or audio is unstable or freezes.

Greatly widens my market outreach (from local to global)

The ease of switching from a share screen.

I don't like sometimes it takes longer to connect the audio. Not the video, the audio.

We've had various COVID exposures here in the office. That would limit our performance. With Zoom we can still provide the necessary service to our clients.
Zoom was an integral part of our transition to online for Toastmasters during the pandemic.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that zoom is used worldwide makes is the best tool for Toastmasters

That features on an iPad are not as extensive as on a laptop

I use Zoom for a platform for Toastmasters. Despite my place of employment using TEAMS, we prefer to use Zoom for our corporate club meetings.
Best platform for meeting and training.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom saved me and my business during Covid. I have found that Zoom is more nimble, intuitive, and user friendly than Teams, WebEx, and the other similar platforms. I also love that I can integrate it with my Calendly account for seamless meeting coordination.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom seems to be pushing out updates to fix the things that frustrated me early on. My only dislike is more on my client's preference for Teams. I'm sometimes forces to use Teams when I would much rather be using Zoom especially if I am the meeting facilitator or leading training.

Zoom provides an easy to use platform for me to be able to conduct interactive training sessions remotely. I am also able to schedule and facilitate 1:1 and group meetings with ease.

How easy is to find buttons and my way around the platform. Its very intuitive

That the camara quality is not the best. I feel i need to choose between making it easy for me but with less quaility

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Zoom is the convenience of meeting with my clients and teammates across the nation.

The importing of a PowerPoint presentation that looses some of the fonts and alignment.

The problem that Zoom is solving for me distance between my agents around the nation.

Ability to record and analyze meetings as needed using AI tools, including automatic summaries and lists of action items.

Very few issues with the latest versions. Works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to have decent quality meetings virtually with up to about a dozen people. I can hold most meetings from home office or on the road.
