One of the best video conferencing tools I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to conduct large meetings for panels and for the entire company. Our company is over 200 people and we often host events that everyone is invited to. It's awesome that things very rarely crashes and we have all the tools we need at the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app crashes mid-meeting. It can make it difficult for us to keep the meeting on schedule if we have to reboot the app and everyone has to rejoin the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote company that uses Zoom throughout the entire organization. Zoom helps us stay connected at all times. We don't work in an office so we don't have the opportunity for the water cooler chatting and socializing. Zoom helps us to remain social even though we're apart.
Is Zoom Chinese spyware?
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can mark up documents on Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not trust zoom to keep my information on my exchange private.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to connect with my students at a distance. I get paid for the work I do. It saves time because I don't drive between students.
Zoom makes networking easy
What do you like best about the product?
The signal is good throughout a video call and I can change my background. I can also go live from zoom to other social media pages like facebook and youtube. In MicrosoftTeams I still have not figured out how to change the background or create a waiting room. These features make me prefer zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two hosts cannot be pre-assigned in a zoom meeting which is inconvenient. Only when I join the call and make another person as co-host then there can be more than one host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me solve research questions about flow in mechanical heart valves. I can show an in vitro experiment live to my collaborators. Business performance has definitely received a boost.
Number One for Live Remote Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and I love the integration with Google Calendar so that I can create meeting links from my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm running late for a meeting and I don't know there's an update to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with clients remotely and schedule my meetings in advance with easy integrations.
Zoom is a workhorse for meeting anywhere and presenting any content (and yourself) well!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is helpful to make meetings that can't be in person more conducive to getting business done. Plus, the background filters look amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a big fan of the taskbar icon but like any other good tool it just works!

It connects people quicker than waiting for an in-person meeting.
Smooth experience and high quality sound
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been key to us as a remote company even pre pandemic. Its reliable for clients and staff meetings between small and large groups. We appreciate the app integration too.
What do you dislike about the product?
no downsides It works well for us. Occasionally its our own internet that is limiting. No recommendations outside of integration with other apps is always a plus and an upside.

connectivity amongst staff and clients. As a remote company zoom is key to us staying connected. We are more productive for quick and short meetings. Business performance hasn't increased.
Zoom is a life saver
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to meet with several people at once from difference locations. I love being able to share my powerpoint presentations and screenshots. Zoom saves tons of time and gas money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes meeting face to face is more likely going to close a sale. Zoom doesn't always work from my cell phone. It can be glitchy. The basic program runs out of time too quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was a HUGE benefit during COVID when clients were not meeting face to face. It still gave me the opportunity to get in front of them safely. You can even do Zoom when under the weather.
Most preferred virtual conference platform for accessibility and functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Pinning and spotlight features make accessibility easy. You can change the size of people's videos and the screen sharing video. Chat feature is easy to use and you can move the chat screen around. Live auto-captioning is pretty accurate and free. There is rarely any glitches in comparison to other video conferencing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are screen recording and using the spotlight feature while presenting, it only records the people speaking. For American Sign Language interpreters, they often are not captured in the recording because they are not using their audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for my work in american sign language interpreting because it is the most accessible out of all video conferencing platforms. I also use it in my business because it is user friendly and I can set up different settings depending on the meeting type like waiting rooms, passwords, etc.
Works great for virtual meetings

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I conduct 4 Bible study and mens groups. Especially during COVID, we were able to continue meeting each week. Since then we use it to include people on vacation or who live in other states.
Helpful tool for long distance connection
What do you like best about the product?
Easy for group discussion. For teaching classes it's helpful because you can share screens and discuss topics as a group.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it freezes or there's a problem getting into the room.

Zoom helps me teach virtual writing workshops, give lectures, and meet up with other friends to work on projects.
