Excellent site to connect for a variety of uses.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great site to connect. I like that I can monitor who is in the meeting and invite others on the fly if need be. Also, very collaborative, others can take over the meeting and share what they have. I also very much like the controls so I can, if needed, shut things down and be the only one able to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been conducting classes previously where people from outside the class were able to somehow get in and disturb the class. I'm not sure if that is fixed now, but it was a bother at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In one word. communication. I can be one on one with a client or I can have a whole room and have a group session or class. So versatile. My business hasn't increased but that has nothing to do with Zoom. Zoom has been wonderful.
Easy and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple. Both the meeting setup and use are self explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't find something I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard to bring in quality speakers for our Chamber on a small town budget. Zoom helps us bring the world to our small town. Plus, Zoom saves us money on travel.
It's a good product.

It's ease and very quick at setting up..
What do you dislike about the product?
the cost as it's competition have a significant solution (much better than they did) at a fraction of the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a solution and the one from MS was crap. I loved the mobile version as it was very sleek and it worked well.
Zoom has been my favorite of the online meeting spaces since the beginning.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the versatility, the ability to conduct a variety of activities, not having to download anything, and how quickly they adapted to changing needs during covid.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have more options for larger conference-style meetings, including exhibitor spaces, moderator tools, and the ability to make meeting materials available outside linking them in the chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think there are several solutions that Zoom offers. The need to connect outside physical office spaces has become the most important during the last few years. The desire to see friends and colleagues, even if we can't be together in real life, has emerged as a secondary need. Phone calls no longer seem good enough to truly connect with people.
Reliable and Well Accepted
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for multiple reasons including family gatherings, a study club, teaching at a University and resident education also at a University. Everyone adapts very quickly to the technology and I have encountered minimal problems over the past 3 years of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially there were issue with people not obtaining access but that was rectified a couple of years ago and I have no problems now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Geography becomes a mute point so I am able to communicate effectively with colleagues all over North America at the same time.
Decent enough
What do you like best about the product?
People can use it many ways on difference devices. I find that it is helpful for people who aren't particularly good with computers and that they can connect easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface could be more intelligent. Specifically, my default options should automatically populate when I've changed them over time without me having to dig into the settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conducting interviews without having to travel. Saves substantial time.
Great Experience with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom is so easy to use. I can join a meeting quickly with all of my audio and video settings pre-configured. The ability to arrange my windows and video participants
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Zoom. If i had to name something, it would be that the Zoom video window defaults to full screen, but that's easily changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is providing a great experience for many types of meetings, especially those that include breakout sessions. Webinars are easy to set up and provide an effective, visually-appealing experience for those in attendance.
Impressed how they keep making zoom easier to use.

It's easy for people to get on zoom. It really easy to share your screen. I like the breakout room feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
When breakout rooms are offered, some people have a hard time seeing the message. For some reason it is not obvious.

Being able to easily meet together about having to deal with travel time and expense.
Zooming my Pilates Business
What do you like best about the product?
Opened up a whole new market for Pilates students outside of a commutable area. I have students all over the country and not just near me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to pin video layout in gallery view so when new participants join the gallery does not change OR to be able to record speaker only but still in gallery view. I would love to be able to record just my video but also be in gallery view to view all my students but not record them (for privacy).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Students that are ill or need to be at home for any reason can still join class. Zoom is making Pilates convenient for everyone!
Zoom has provided me with opportunities never thought possible.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is able to provide you with access and convenience to meet others without leaving the home.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to using zoom is that it almost forces you to not have to leave your home for meetings and sit face to face with those you need to speak with.

You are able to communicate from anywhere in the world in one place.
