Zoomʻs Special Benefits During The Pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
Access is straightforward and required no special settings or software on the part of the participants
What do you dislike about the product?
Management of breakout rooms could be more fluid. When participants are in breakout rooms their security (screen sharing, etc.) is not immediately changeable by the host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to take remote classes at the University

Ease of you and reliability. Quality of service meets expectations in diverse environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a host shares their desktop, my app goes into full-screen mode. There should be a way to disable that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the lack of instant communication between teams by allowing almost instant connections.
Great professional and personal experience with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to host professional meetings and share screens, switching being participants and the host, is a great tool for presentations, brainstorming, and conferencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a real downside yet! Would be great if Zoom had a photoshop feature so I could use filters to add make-up, fix my hair, and put a suit over my pajama top :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I moved abroad for personal reasons but need to be in regular contact with clients, who want face-to-face meetings. Zoom fills that need, with easy to schedule meetings that pop up on their calendar, ease in joining meetings, and smooth meetings. It enables me to stay in contact with clients, fulfill my contracts, and renew contracts, regardless of where I am in the world.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has really great video quality and its very easy to use. I've also found that for people that have not used Zoom before or that are more familiar with Microsoft Teams, logging into meetings for them is easy. Also, Zoom allows you to view all the participants in multiple ways, like theatre mode (although I don't use this regularly- mostly as a joke).
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint is that have a 2020 Macbook Air Intel i3 and Zoom doesn't allow me to blur or change my background. It requires a faster/more powerful processor to do this. I suppose that's MY problem, but it would be really nice if Zoom figured out a way to support it. I have downloaded 3rd party apps that assist, but it's very annoying to have to use that, so most of the time I just show my ugly room. Other video chat programs are compatible with this computer/functionality so it's disappointing that there isn't a better workaround. Anyone with an "older" computer feels my pain. This feature should be better supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not rocket science, in modern business, the constraints of face-to-face meetings are obvious. Both the current pandemic and how WFH culture has changed the necessary tools we need to be successful. A good and easy-to-use video conferencing tool joins the ranks of a good CRM in terms of necessary tools.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been easy to use, affordable, and consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't save my chats when we have meetings and it doesn't save the registrants to meetings, which is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps both personally, such as during COVID, seeing family, as well as not having to travel as much for work. We run a virtual office and for that, it's perfect!
Zoom has been an invaluable tool for our business!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can use the app on both desktops and mobile devices with ease. We very rarely ever experience any issues using Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to say something I disliked, I'd probably have to say the design and UI/UX is a bit dated. A new, fresher layout would be appreciated.

Zoom has given us the ability to connect with not only all of our staff around the globe but also bridged the gap of client meetings during the Pandemic.
I have used Zoom for YEARS and will continue to do so.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the chat features, the closed captioning features, the option to not have camera on, the ability to change names, and the safety features for allowing people in, for kicking people out, and the ease of making a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people do get kicked out for no reason and that can be unfortunate. I wish it was easier to change your name on Zoom before you are actually in the room besides signing in. Like have a moment before you are in the room where something pops up and says "Is your photo and name correct? Have a good meeting!"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of my students are not in the same state as me and this helps us all stay in contact. I am able to reach more students and able to educate and co-educate with so many people.
CHANGED OUR LIVES!
What do you like best about the product?
Clients can actually use the software. We use to spend 5-10 mins helping each client join a meeting / download software. Now they just hop onto to our meeting and we get to communicate with them. The fact we can also do remote SUPPORT via Zoom for our clients is icing on the cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
We love Zoom. No dislikes. It really is a game changer for us. So happy that everyone now seems to have it on their systems and feels safe joining a remote meeting with us at www.supersonicsite.com.

Our clients could never download the virtual meeting software and actually get it to work.

What do you like best about the product?
When Covid hit we went from in person meetings with clients to Zoom. The learning curve was short and it allowed us to have the client sign application by giving them control of our mouse and keyboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some devices that clients use do not allow sharing of mouse and keyboard. That is the only downfall I found. I hope that zoom corrects this shortly so that everyone can use zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using zoom allows us to stay in the office or home and meet virtually with clients. We no longer have to drive to the client's homes and that allows us to get more appointments done in the same time frame.
Great for online fitness instructors
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is THE standard - it's user-friendly, reliable quality streaming (if your internet is fast enough), and clients can join from their computer OR their mobile, and both seem easy options
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had older clients complain that they are confused about having to download the zoom client the first time they join a class/meeting. Save-to-the-cloud video quality is quite low/blurry, so I always have to save the recordings to my PC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously I've used zoom for professional corporate video conferencing, but now I use it to teach online group fitness classes and online private lessons - it allows me to work with clients/students literally all over the world! And since it really is the industry standard, everyone is comfortable working with it and I rarely have to help anyone with technical difficulties
