Crucial to run our business

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Zoom and how I am able to share my screen and give access to my computer to another participant. It allows me to run my business in the most compliant way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features that aren't available on all devices and they are pretty important. For example I can't give control to somebody if they are on their iPhone but I can if they are on an android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the global pandemic we were dealing with fear and were forced to social distance so this allowed me to still service my clients while being quarantined.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the best part about Zoom, just a few clicks and you're on video chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pricey for a basic subscription if you're not using all the features. I only need a handful of features - so if I ever stop needing them, I won't continue paying, which is shame because Zoom nails the basics for video calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of connection for last minute meetings. And because everyone uses it, there's little to no fiddling with the technology

Easy to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the waiting room feature for security purposes. It's a very robust system with great customization options, and tons of integrations with other apps!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could see more participants at once. I also wish the integration with Acuity wound automatically add Zoom to my calendar. I have to manually go in and select Zoom on my calendar so it shows up in my Zoom meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect beyond my local market, expanding my warning potential. Plus, a majority of my customers seem to prefer meeting virtually after the first 1-2 coaching sessions. .

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly the platform is. The consistently good call quality is greatly appreciated and I have not been pleased with the call quality on some of the other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything while using Zoom that I was unhappy about. If I had to list something I would probably say the cost. But it really is worth the money!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do business with people all over the United States and Zoom makes it so simple to jump on a quick video conference for a more face-to-face interaction. It makes remote meetings feel more personable.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent platform to communicate in a group setting as large as 50people
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about zoom, there were security issues, that were concerning in the news but keeping that aside service is great

helps with small and large companies function without interruption and get work done in a timely fashion

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made training very easy for me. I am a big fan of the following features.
1. Easily to log in and add appointments to my calendar.
2. Screen sharing makes seeing what I'm learning easier.
3. Recording allows me to watch back later.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning zoom so I do not dislike a lot yet. As a user it seems pretty straight forward. I guess I will figure out more as I cnotnue to use it but now there are no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training. I am able to see and hear what I am learning while also receiving a copy at the end to review at a later date. Makes taking notes easier as I do not miss out on something trying to write and listen at the same time

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows for integration with many applications that I already use to simplify my sales process. You can create templates for reoccurring events and engage easier with colleagues and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The effective use of Zoom comes with a learning curve for all users. Therefore, the more you use it, the better results you will receive. Needless to say, sometimes user knowledge on my end as well as my clients produces a challenging event. But the more I use it, the better tool it becomes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Advantages of zoom for my business are remote appointments, shorter sales cycle, less travel, a larger sales footprint and lower gas costs.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to use Zoom for our team meetings and company webinars. I also love that we can use it through apps like LinkedIn

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user friendly, fairly intuitive, and has many options for customizing the software based on needs. The differing plan options are helpful as well as the ability to store videos on the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the effort to constantly improve however sometimes it seems like updates happen over night that significantly impact workflow. Usually they are easy enough to adjust to but sometimes that hasn't been the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a yoga studio that had to transition to online overnight. Zoom made that possible. This is beneficial because it allowed us to continue to operate during the pandemic.

What do you like best about the product?
We recently combined our corporate accounts into one main account which makes it easy to manage licenses, users, and billing - all centralized and in one place. We also like how users have their own personal meeting room, and the ability to create instant meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really had anything that hasn't worked well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped tremendously when COVID hit, and in-person meetings for our Sales Team, and remote staff were not a possibility. With Zoom we have been able to stay in touch, and also continue to reduce T&E expenses by having the option of remote meetings through Zoom.
