Versatile Tool. Not just for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
We all know Zoom meetings by now, but the webinar feature has been a really important part of growing our business and marketing during the pandemic. I've used WebEx and Teams and they're just awful in comparison.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've all spent too much time on Zoom. Ammirite? But overall, I haven't experienced issues with the platform and am happy to continue using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business relies on face to face interactions. Not being able to do that during pandemic (and now that people are largely remote) would have killed us. Zoom lets me collaborate with clients and staff around the country and saves both time and travel costs.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the only thing I use for video conferences and I also use it to record my podcast. It is reliable, easy to use and provides me with everything I need for every meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish that there was a transcription feature that I could apply to my zoom recordings, but perhaps that will be something we can have in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to easily and flawlessly keep my business going despite the dramatic changes in the world.
Zoom keeps me connected
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is bringing people together! It is easy to set up a meeting and there are many tools to choose ftom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Zoom, but I find some people struggle with logging on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me greatly when I have an in-person meeting scheduled, but participants have fallen ill. It's also very convenient when there is a deadline to meet and we need to meet in a hurry.
Great Alternative
What do you like best about the product?
Like many people, Zoom became a part of our lives during the pandemic. For our church, we were able to continue to hold meetings, and have Bible study and Sunday School when doing so in person was not an option. I even conducted some pre-marital counseling through Zoom. We find that offering this online option is still very helpful to many of our people as we are hopefully moving to a post-Covid time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being online is always going to present challenges you do not have with in-person gatherings. Technical issues are inevitable and it can be frustrating in large sessions when people are unfamiliar with features such as the mute button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us stay in touch when people are not able to come to different things at our church. It thus broadens how many people we can reach with all our various activities
I can't imagine doing business without it
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom for 5+ years and can't imagine doing business without it. I appreciate how it quickly and reliably connects me with clients and colleagues on demand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little I dislike. In a pinch, it would be nice to offer Breakouts from the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phone calls don't cut it anymore. Seeing someone eye to eye helps build and solidify relationships. Plus I LOOOOOVE the easy screensharing.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and navigate. Implementing it with existing programs is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy most features except for the time limit on free accounts. For a 1 on 1 meeting I feel a time limit shouldn't exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made adapting to a more virtual/hybrid climate possible and reaching the furthest parts of our market possible.
Meet without leaving home
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I can set up ZOOM meetings for my team, send out the link to invite them ahead of time so that we can all save gas money of driving to meet together. Then as the leader of the meeting I can leave the meeting and have a colleague continue to run the meeting even though I am not online.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not having to power as the leader to mute or unmute individuals within the group. Sometimes there are individuals that are not technically savvy to find the mute/unmute button, but for most people that is a simple process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic I was able to meet with my students virtually as a class, but even now I can continue to have them join my class if they are absent so they don't fall behind academically.
Zoom is powerful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very powerful platform that is very easy to use and administer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes of Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is working to make the admin console remember my personal preferences, this will save me time when I am searching for information.
Zoom is great for teaching music lessons! :)
What do you like best about the product?
I like connecting to zoom via computer audio
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sound glitches in and out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom keeps adding better features and online tools to make the experience better. I am way more productive with sharing my screen as an online music teacher as a result of using zoom. It is fast, and there isn't much of a sound delay most of the time.
Zoom for work has been the best thing to happen
What do you like best about the product?
We use zoom for our phone screening process and it has been so helpful! Between syncing to google calendar and not having to give out my personal cell number for these calls has been great. Also scheduling panel interviews and allowing the team to join and get ready before the candidate enters is also extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have with zoom is that with our ats we cannot switch around hosts and we have to create a whole new meeting link to send to the candidate if we need to switch out interviewers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping with interviews - we used to do them in the office and do a tour but between covid and business growth, it is impossible to do other tasks in the office. We can do the interviews quickly and efficiently.
