Zoom makes business easier

What do you like best about the product?
I love the options to add virtual backgrounds and adjust audio for different conditions and to save recordings to the cloud and download.
What do you dislike about the product?
When meetings are large I typically see performance issues with cameras being on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create classes/ courses as well as offer live webinars for my clients.

Zoom is Great!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so helpful because it allows for all of us staff to connect remotely still and have meetings. It also allowed for a lot of programming to take place while the building was shut down for COVID.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to connect with someone to ask questions is challenging when it has to be done through messenger. Allowing to speak to someone on the phone at times would be very helpful. It would be nice to offer Non-profits a discount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

My go to for virtual meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a really easy interface to navigate making it great for those that are tech savvy and those new to tech. I love how simple it is to assign others as host and to switch devices without disrupting the meeting. One of my favorite features is being able to minimize background noise like typing and dogs barking. I'm often typing during meetings and live in an area with dogs nearby which can be distracting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how you join, you do not always have the option to change your name for a meeting. So if I'm using my account for my son it's difficult for people to realize who he is. Also, there are times when Zoom just cuts off and attempts to log me back in the meeting. This takes a while so I often miss details shared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps to connect people through digital spaces in a way that would not be possible during the height of COVID. Not only am I still able to conduct business with ease, but also help others. During COVID my father moved his church services to be held over Zoom for ease and convenience. They are still having them via Zoom today and it's easy for me to go in and facilitate service and settings to make their experience more engaging.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that others simply need to click on the link that I send them, and then we're good to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything. It meets my needs perfectly to connect in small groups and do breakouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because I teach classes in business settings, Zoom enabled me to stay in business when the pandemic hit. Now I find that I much prefer teaching virtually and that virtual classes can be equally powerful, if not more powerful, than the pre-pandemic way of all learners together in one geography and one actual room.

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to all the other online meeting platforms, it is the easiest to use for all of my Board members and public members attending our Board meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything that I dislike about ZOOM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the breakout rooms and the option to hand over the meeting to another person that is not necessarily the administrator.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has most of the features I need to facilitate in depth workshops: polling, breakouts, advanced screen sharing and more. The fact that nearly everyone you work with remotely has used Zoom at least once, is a big help
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom opens multiple windows and it is not always clear where your controls are. The menu options change based on features available to you as a presenter or participant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to make a work session as equal to a face to face session as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom closes the distance on both business and interpersonal meetings. I like their dynamic platform that allows screen sharing, chats, and recordings for archival purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the customized virtual backgrounds do not always work i.e. bright light can cause weird transparent pockets to appear on the subject.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had to make some budget cuts for my business and Zoom was able to accommodate me with a price that fits within my annual costs.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is incredibly easy to use. The interface is very user-friendly. It also integrates well with GSUite, making meeting scheduling and communication a snap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Default settings need to be adjusted. For example, when you record a webinar, the default setting is to only record the meeting notes. Why would the default not be to record the whole meeting to the cloud? It's kind of silly really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it very easy to schedule meetings with all of my clientele regardless of where they are located. I can now meet with CEOs and Heads of HR as well as individual employees in a company. It enables me to provide investment advice and guidance in a customized way. Zoom has made it possible for me to work with any company in the US and counsel them on their schedule, without having to wait for company-approved group education meetings. It also allows my customers to ask me questions in a one-on-one personal setting that they might not feel comfortable asking in a group setting. But with the ability to see one another, it still feels like an in-person meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use zoom to setup reoccurring meetings with reminders. Also, I like that I can use the Zoom mobile app to attend and host meetings when I am not at my physical computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom was not very flexible when it came to their licenses. My wife and I had 2 accounts but when her company gave her an account they did not refund me for that account. I understood some time had past but there could have been a credit or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are still a lot of people that are not comfortable with meeting in person for meetings so Zoom is helping with keeping people connected with this tool. I love being able to have my weekly small groups through zoom so I can stay connected to those I care about.

Meets Expectations

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to include people in a meeting that are literally scattered around the world. The video is clear and the audio is pristine. The ability to "showcase" one person is an asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not surprisingly, a small, nonprofit charity would like the price to be lower but we haven't found anything cheaper that works as well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A church doesn't really have "business problems" per se but Zoom has been invaluable in connecting people, especially through the pandemic.
