No Better way to Connect Online
What do you like best about the product?
It works! Works better than other alternatives. I like the options to share screens, record, and break into smaller rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience could be a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us connect "face-to-face" even when in different states or time zones. Love connecting in real-time rather than via email.
Great for one on one sessions not group
What do you like best about the product?
I love zoom for the ease of use. My customers have a wide range of skills with technology and some have very little experience. Zoom is easy to use for most people which is why I like the platform for one on one sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to use zoom for my group exercise class- multiple times it disconnected me which definitely started to take a toll on the success of my class. It seems that Zoom has more glitches when session has more than one person even using an Ethernet cable and with adequate internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me connect with customers all around the world in an easy to use way. I am able to hold one on one sessions for my online course and also record podcast interviews using the platform as well.

The reliability of the product and User Interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio glitches and that it doesnt save my log in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for in-person meeting. In LA that's most of your time. Driving to meetings that could have been done over a ZOOM but until the pandemic, it wasn't the norm.
Excellent program, easy to use many features available
What do you like best about the product?
I like the save chat function.I also like the fact I do not need to travel to go to a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The internet connection loses connectivity but this is not zoom's fault. Also ability to eliminate zoom bombers would be good.

How to meet people that do not live in the area or are afraid to mmet in person becuase of Covid
User-friendly, some limited ability, but good experience so far.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to monitor those on the virtual meeting and add others through a non-email required platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity is sometimes difficult and I've found that Zoom calls more frequently have internet issues, opposed to other platforms.

It's incredibly helpful for us to meet virtually with clients as opposed to the amount of in-person meetings/expenses we incurred previous.
Typically Great for Everyday Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and does not require a lot of training for basic features. Links can be sent to external parties without a lot of instruction. Most people have used zoom and know how to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom does not work correctly without regular updates and I have to make sure my team stays up to date because we do not have IT support. With IT support this should not be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is great for remote teams and remote sales. We use the links for everything from HR to the sales department. Without zoom we would need to spend money on travel time and office space.

Zoom is really ubiquitous to today's Internet communications. People trust Zoom, and it is easy to use, even for a begnner. The technical quality is superb, on both a video level an on a audio leve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes with Zoom. It works whenever we need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hold weekly meetings on Zoom. And I: have been hosting these meetings for over two years. This started as an answer to COVID getting in the way of in-person meetings. However now, we are continuing Zoom meetings even though COVID has slowed. My people really prefer Zoom to in-person meetings. And after a late night meeting, everyone is already home.
The only video platform I will ever use to facilitate training.

The breakout room functionality is unrivaled

I don't like the profile pics associated with the chat input
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a training and facilitation Consultancy. As a small business, we would not have survived the pandemic without Zoom. We have used Zoom to increase our business and deliver training at scale.
Zoom Kept me Sane During the Pandemic!
What do you like best about the product?
During the pandemic, Zoom was my primary means of staying in contact with friends and family. I live alone and with that, I would have gone mad!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like! Zoom works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for meetings and for socialising (primarily playing games with friends).
Zoom meetings have been invaluable to the many volunteer organizations to which I belong.
What do you like best about the product?
Attendance is much better. No time is wasted on travel. I appreciate the ability to meet with people all around the country. I find it easier to use than Microsoft Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work with a lot of people from the older generation who are not computer savvy, and it is difficult to communicate with them. Zoom can never completely replace in-person meetings and the social connections they provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom definitely helped during the COVID pandemic. We would never have been able to conduct business without it. I believe we are more productive. We are able to meet more frequently and make decisions more quickly.
