Easy to use, consistent video conferencing

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the integrations Zoom offers with other apps such as Calendly. I also appreciate that the quality is consistently good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. It's a little pricey for my premium subscription but even that is reasonable value for money and they certainly offer a good free product as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom for meeting with other team members as well as clients for my coaching business. Zoom allows me to easily schedule and adjust meetings as needed when integrated with Calendly.

Ubiquitous and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone is basically familiar with Zoom at this point, so there is no need to worry about clients getting confused about how to sign in to the meeting. I also like that Zoom integrates with many other programs either directly or via Zapier, allowing for some automation to occur.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations they place on the service seem quite arbitrary at times and are a naked attempt to squeeze their customers for more money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting remotely in a simple yet secure way.

Zoom a Solution for Building Business

What do you like best about the product?
I have been able to use Zoom to build my business. I frequently give a presentation of my services via Zoom and I also have used it to support ongoing business delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a dashboard-style menu for the person hosting the meeting. I know how to use the tool but I have had to leave the tool to change settings. I would love to have a visual notification when someone enters a waiting room. The sounds are treated like a doorbell by my dogs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the platform I use to establish the services and products I will deliver to clients. It is the regualr meeting place for contract discussions and business proposals. I have also used Zoom for coaching sessions. Most commonly, I use Zoom to deliver professional development classes to medium-sized groups.

Prefer Zoom over TEAMS

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule a meeting. More colleagues use Zoom making it easier and a smoother meeting process. The process of sharing is simple. Zoom does not pop-up constantly on the screen so it doesn't interfere with other work events.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to share "hosting" a meeting when I am unable to host but I am the only holder of the license. I would like to see a history of my meetings for billing customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows meet to meet with customers across the country and manages the time zone differences.

What do you like best about the product?
The best stability and safety for online meetings

There isn't anything that I truly dislike about the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of boring meetings and having in person meetings all the time. I enjoy being able to have the flexibility of meetings in a variety of locations and settings

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to schedule meetings. I have never experienced any technical issues with any scheduled zoom meetings. I especially like that my zoom meetings are recorded where I can go back and listen when there are questions about what may have occurred during a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downside to date. I started using zoom professionally during Covid-19 and have continued to utilize it for meetings where it is hard for individuals to attend in-person meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any problems with Zoom. Some other organizations have stated that they were getting logged off at 45 minutes but that hasn't occurred with any of my meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easily accessible, quick set up, familiarity with the product, many tech skill levels that I work with are able to use Zoom easily without problems
What do you dislike about the product?
Users don't need an account to use Zoom, but many of the non-native tech customers I work with think that they do have to have an account and this becomes confusing
That's the only downside that I can think of right now. Thanks, Zoom!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work remotely from anywhere and always have a connection with my clients and employers, and can jump on meetings at any time as long as I've got a computer and an internet connection.

Reliable Service

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and continues to improve over time. I especially appreciate being able to download voice recordings separately for my podcast. I have used other recording platforms for my podcast, and I keep coming back to Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can be spotty if Internet connections are low making it hard to carry a conversation. I used to have more of an issue in the past, though, than I have recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me to connect face to face with people in other places that I would not have otherwise met. I have ease with business calls, and it's been great for helping me get my podcast started.

Zoom Saved my Business

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, as long as you have a good internet connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the prices were lower. For a small business like mine, it's a bit pricey. I'd even like a pay-as-you-go option, since there are some weeks when I don't need it, but I'm still having to pay for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When everything closed for COVID, Iwas no longer able to provide in person instruction for my clients. Zoom provided me the opportunity to safely work from home and continue to have revenue. It's also enabled me to reach clients who aren't even in my geographic area.

Simple platform with tons of options

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and accessible to everyone. I use it for both business and personal calls and it's always working. The pro version suits my needs best but it would be great it were free!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the options I need for zoom is the ability to make everyone only see myself and not each other for business calls as that can be distracting. To have this feature I have to upgrade for $50 and that's just not worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely with my interns and zoom has allowed me to be on with my interns all day without interruption so I can supervise them but also connect as if we were really in office together
