ZOOM makes it happen when you need it most!
What do you like best about the product?
The most obvious benefit of ZOOM is that you can meet anytime and anywhere, and it's like you're in the same room! Between screen share, whiteboard and Breakout Rooms, the need to travel to meet together is eliminated!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the most challenging thing about ZOOM doesn't really have to do with ZOOM; it has to do with the Internet and everyone's connections. If someone is unable to connect properly, the entire meeting and scheduled time can be wasted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZOOM is solving the problem of everyone having to be in the same room at the same time to have a meeting. In a city like Los Angeles (where I live), this can be great on days where the meeting would be the only reason to get in the car and battle traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of flexibility in how I engage as a host or participant. Audio and video quality is consistently high.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the common features or settings require me to open the browser to get access to settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily getting and staying connected to my various working teams is so easy and can be done from my phone or desktop at my convenience.
Useful platform
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have a lot of control is helpful and I appreciate the ability to schedule ahead and create co hosts and break out rooms. It works more reliably than google meet in my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the audio controls and enhancements were more robust and that some of the settings that you can only access and change in your account online for meetings were actually changeable and accessible within meetings themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help individuals and businesses to connect reliably across time zones and areas. The platform is useful for sharing screen as well which has been very valuable for collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful part of zoom is being able to share your screen and share the host. This takes interacting to a whole other level, and allows someone who doesn't have zoom pro to use those aspects. No other app compares to zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that's not helpful is not being able to log on through the same account on multiple devices. If there was a setting to add specific devices to the account that'd be awesome. Laptop, iPad, iPhone, Surface etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me collapse time frames! I can talk to someone in another time zone without having to leave my home, which also saves time on travel and gas. My business 3x our performance and time management with zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and end-user friendly regardless of your technical skill level. It gives you options to record and it has great picture quality and sound quality as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some calls when the link is sent to the addressee they are not able to join the call. Had to resend the link several times and once had to switch to facetime as they could not log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to interview remote candidates nationally as well as international applicants. It makes getting together with the team much easier as well. It allows us more face time
Easy to use, huge user base, and mobile friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and they make features such as screen sharing and waiting rooms simple to operate. I also really like their mobile (iOS) app, as it's very intuitive and hasn't crashed on me yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about Zoom. It does its job well. My kids used it for all of the 2020 school year, and I use it at least twice daily for work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's getting conversations to take place. One conversation will get more done than ten emails. I could just as easily get everyone on a conference call, but my colleagues and co-workers have a higher level of comfort with using zoom. It's also nice to see faces as that has a way of deepening a relationship, which usually leads to more business getting done.
All-In-One tool for my business
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for different types of needs that I have as a solopreneur for various types of events, the flow of the event and the steps to take the participants through.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a podcast host I still don't have the options and versatility from other apps like StreamYard. For instance, I don't want to take so many steps to have live on FB or other platforms. I want plug-and-play.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one place for connecting, networking or working with clients 1:1 or in groups in a way that benefits all sides, making life easier with scheduling integration.
ZOOM is Absolutely ESSENTIAL!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's user-friendly graphic interface and ability to integrate with other platforms, like FB, YT, etc has made it the bread-and-butter of online meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like all the advantages of Zoom and can't think of any disadvantages at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Online Teaching, I prefer Zoom to other available platforms. I'm happy my students are familiar with it and prefer it as well.
Zoom continues to be a valuable tool for all kinds of interactions.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create recurring meetings for things like meetings, piano lessons, clubs, etc., but can also create a meeting on the fly for a quick connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have more than one Zoom room open on my computer at a time (have needed this multiple times, but instead had to have two computers running on my desk).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes possible both local and distance connections that allow me to socialize and/or conduct business that I would otherwise find difficult or impossible. It also provides the option of recording presentations for re-use.
ZOOM Kept Classes Going!
What do you like best about the product?
It's actually very easy to assist people with getting set up in Zoom and figuring out how to join a class.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to view all meeting attendees on the same screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can facilitate hybrid classes, for those who don't want to attend in person.
