Efficient and effective
What do you like best about the product?
I personally use Zoom for one-on-one meetings as well as group meeting with over 100 team members. We do lots of trainings with PowerPoints, so the "share screen" feature is incredibly useful to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We seem to have issues with making someone a Host with the different accounts. I wish that was a feature that all could use and find easily when we are doing team trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of building community and relationships between teammates, even from across the country. We can learn and grow together because of Zoom.
Easy to use Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Zoom for numerous business meetings with clients. My favorite aspects:
(1) Easy to use,
(2) General familiarity among my clients, so they are happy with it,
(3) Integrates with Calendly, so my clients book a meeting and get an automated zoom link,
(4) Screen sharing can help move the meeting along and add productivity

What do you dislike about the product?
When opening Zoom, if an update is available, it will delay your meeting to download the update. This can make you late to your meeting if you didn't think to log in early.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love meeting 1:1 with clients but hate traffic/juggling times. With Zoom on virtually everyone's computer, I can meet from a distance, and be more productive with my work and family life.

I love that Zoom continues to add new, valuable features.

It is still somewhat vulnerable to Zoom bombing and other harassment techniques, but it has made progress in this area.

I need to work with students in an online platform that is stable and feature-rich.

What do you like best about the product?
all of the features and functionalities and the continued updates and releases of them
What do you dislike about the product?
it's not super intuitive to navigate the back end, it could use some sprucing up (ex: adding a search field for the Meetings tab) and the time inbetween when meetings end and when they can be searchable as past meetings is a bit too long. I also dislike the variation of features based on OS (I don't see why you can't offer the same things on Chrome OS that you do on Mac OS etc). Lastly I don't like how the shortcuts are generic enough where they're the same shortcuts for other apps and I'm not able to use them (the mute and start video shortcuts have never worked for me on Mac)

Video conferencing for all types of work functions especially in a post pandemic world
Straightforward Way to Connect Around the World
What do you like best about the product?
I do love that it is easy to integrate Zoom with my email provider in one step. That way I don't have to remember to create calendar invites AFTER scheduling the zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of cloud space if you're working with a small budget. We're a nonprofit and our dollars have to STRETCH! It's nice to be able to have our meetings or workshops available without having to scramble to upload them to another storage space after the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect us with growers all over the world gives us a leg up on other nonprofits. We've been meeting on Zoom before the pandemic and love that our community was used to connecting this way.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple to navigate once a zoom call is initiated.
The screen sharing function is very helpful and makes using zoom worthwhile even for small intra-company meetings worthwhile.

What do you dislike about the product?
It could be simpler to send out zoom meeting notices directly from Zoom instead of having to copy and paste the meeting invite into another email.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to connect and collaborate with our customers, clients and our internal team. Our internal team works remotely and by using Zoom we are able to hold more productive meetings especially when there are materials to share and review.

Zoom helps keep me connected to all of the different communities I'm apart of with easy and effective ways.

There's nothing to dislike for me. Zoom checks all of my boxes. I haven't had any issues in all of my experiences.

Zoom solves the problem of distance. At this point it doesn't matter how far you are.

What do you like best about the product?
zoom has an easy to use interface for meetings, calls, and screen sharing. The marketplace is full with value packed add-ons to supercharge zoom for your specfic use case

The UI feels a little bit dated, but nothing that would prevent me from using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom simply enables business to get done from a remote setting. It integrates with my calendar so managing a full set of calls has never been easier.

Ease of use. Popularity and accessibility with all types of platforms. The ability to use zoom for various applications such as screen sharing and audio sharing is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced options takes a little time to work through but is still a relatively short learning curve. The platform is intuiitive to use but some placement of certain options can be a search to look for.
