What do you like best about the product?
We use zoom for all of our corporate meetings and job fairs. We love the webinar capabilities that allow us to host large virtual events.
What do you dislike about the product?
We love everything about zoom! The time limit became an issue for us so we just had to upgrade to more licensed users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved so many issues for us, especially since COVID, and has allowed us to still make face-to-face connections with our investors and third party clients without needing to schedule in-person meetings. It has provided us the same capability when it comes to hosting job fairs and larger events. We've been able to move them all virtual thanks to Zoom's webinar capabilities!

I can meet with my students anytime and anywhere.

It's a little bit complicated for individuals who aren't all that computer savvy.

Still the only game in town
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is ubiquitous. Everyone has it or uses it for business and/or personal use. So everyone is familiar with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feature requests and updates to fix errors are taking to long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an educational institution and have moved a large percentage of student interaction online. Zoom is our online platform.
The best online meeting platform, period.
What do you like best about the product?
Our team enjoys the easy ability to have meetings both using our pcs and phones. The chat feature and calendar set up are perfect for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Zoom. This platform is great. Maybe an offer a discount for educators.

Zoom has given my associates the ability to meet and work on our agendas anywhere and anytime. It has made meeting with everyone much easier.
Best way to keep in touch with friends and colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is crucial to my WFH life. I can connect with all my colleagues no matter where they are stationed. WFH can sometimes be a bit lonely but with zoom, I'm one button away from connecting with anyone of my managers or directors.

I do not have anything I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me connect with my teammates to brainstorm ideas, and create a fun WFH environment for our reps.
Zoom is Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Quick to join and start a meeting. Fairly intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sharing a link is confusing, but that could also be user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that Zoom is constantly innovating. I don't have any problems with the product overall except trying to teach people who do not use the system often.

What do you like best about the product?
Particularly during the pandemic, Zoom enabled me to stay in contact with my clients on a face to face basis. The contact would have been impossible without Zoom.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Zoom. Pricing is fair and it helps me accomplish a number of my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, Zoom enables me to stay in contact with my clients both during the pandemic and still today. By not having to travel to see clients in person I find my productivity has increased dramatically.
Extremely useful tool for my business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it super easy for me to hold meetings and casual conversations that are key to making my business successful. Zoom is internationally recognized (important for my cross-cultural communication work), easy to use, and consistently performs well even when holding meetings across time zones and large physical distances.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish Zoom had the ability for my clients to easily look at my calendar and schedule meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to have meetings with my clients and partners in other countries. Zoom makes it easy to do so.
Great Tool for Salespeople
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and more convenient. I can share my screen with prospects and show them how we came up with our pricing strategy which usually results in the client's buying in at an early stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I have had is sound issues when I am meeting with two or more people. It can be challenging to not lose words here and there. I have tried turning on "original sound" but it hasn't improved the issue. If zoom could automatically notify users when their sound quality is poor I think that would go a long way and might prompt people to resolve the issue on thier own (or at least repeat themselves!).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting clients in person, as well as helping them understand our pricing strategies. It is easier to meet more people in a shorter amount of time and create a more authentic connections and build rapport easier from the beginning.
