Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and I like the design!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are too many steps (5) to create the schedule.
It's clear, but I think it could be easier, for example, the Notification could be merge in other steps, and more options could be something only the user choose to see.

Multipurpose platform with many special features
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Zoom can be so versatile , it's perfect for professional work meetings, as well as casual calls with friends. i really appreciate it's different features, such as screen sharing, blurring backgrounds and filters to enhance the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
A concern I have heard about Zoom is security risks and lack of privacy security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hope they are wokeing on their security risks

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to keep track of meetings, we can easily view the availibility of a person and schedule a meeting accordingly. it reduces the back-and-forth hassle of manual appointment scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
users may find the initial authorization process and calender integration to be little bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
customers can easily book slots without the back-and-forth communication, co-ordinating appointments manually can be time-consuming so we can use zoom scheduler to avoid the problems.

What do you like best about the product?
very easy to use -has great features like the ability to change the background, the ability to raise my hand, and the fact that I can use reactions. -safe because each meeting requires a link, meeting ID, and password. -The ability to turn on and off the microphone and camera.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the free meetings are restricted to 40 minutes -The microphone turns on immediately when we get into a meeting

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, it use little resource to run, solid and safe, i use zoom in my company from 2019 and we intensively used it during the pandemic period and till now for virtual meetings. Now many features like AI made this tool a great platform to manage meetings and to cooperate with your team
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface is still very primitive, need a big change, the last change in the version 6 are in my opinion not enough to compete con other tools in UX/UI. The GUI is not changed too much, but the features are improving also in quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the conference needs are covered, we used it from 2019 in every virtual activities, customers meetings and virtual classroom. Now we have a platform to manage many companie's business process. Easy to use and with a little learning courve
