Zoom kept us going
What do you like best about the product?
We like the fact that in spite of all the issues between 2020 and 2022, we were able to utilize zoom in order to keep our 12 step meetings going and our Bible studies active.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our connection did drop a couple of times but I don't think it was due to zoom. Overall we have had a very good relationship over the few years we've been using zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do like the new whiteboard feature however we haven't had an opportunity to use it yet but plan to incorporated into our midweek Bible studies has a tool to better equip those who join us on zoom.
Easy Choice for Business Calls
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive for all users, no issues accessing call link via computer. Recording feature is nice and lots of other product integrations are great too (miro, polly, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
The link to dial in is not easy or intuitive - always a bit clunky. Security concern from a few years ago is still a concern and our team keeps a close eye to see if any other breaches occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to connect with all remote employees. Recording feature is one of the top features for Zoom that keep us from using other vendors. Nice to save on cloud or on your local device.
Zoom is easy to use and we feel confident that meetings are private.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has be very important to our client that have limited transportation available to them. They are able to not miss appointments and get the service they need by joining a Zoom meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been nothing that we have encountered with Zoom that I would say that I dislike about it. I have also not heard of any other staff members say that there is something that they dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to still have meetings with clients, staff and other organizations during a time when things were shutting down due to COVID. This allowed us to still operate when with out it we would not have been able to provide a lot of our services.
Easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, lets you have video meetings with other people worldwide, little to no lag issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have an online mode which does not require you to download the Zoom software first. I want to have an experience with not having to download the software and just have an online meeting. Even a Plugin would be fine, as long as I do not have to download proprietary software and then have to update is regularly.. especially right before a big meeting.
Also, the 40 min time limit stinks, but for being free, I suppose that is ok.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is currently no real business problem we are solving with Zoom. We have been using Zoom for a few years now and just recently got Microsoft M365 so are starting to use Teams. Some in the company, however, complain about Teams being laggy, but not so for Zoom which is why we are still using it. We do find Teams to be better suited for Screen sharing but more for the fact of controlling the other person's computer.
Easy to use, takes care of most of my virtual meeting needs
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get used to scheduling and you've got your meeting settings taken care of, it's pretty smooth. Occasional glitches are typically taken care of by logging out/in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that storage is so minimal. I have meetings that last 1+ hours that I like to record, but I get emails after only a couple of meetings. On a busy week, I have to delete them within the week to avoid getting endless emails about how I'm over the storage limit. There are also times where the recording has momentary glitches that cause the sound to cut out. I have to do a fair amount of editing to make the audio podcast-worthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to meet with clients almost anywhere (assuming an internet connection), send them private links for meetings and send them recordings to review. It's fairly easy to use, and clients only occasionally have issues logging in
I use Zoom for my business and it is excellent!
What do you like best about the product?
Meeting clients and my Team virtually - I can have meetings with many people across the country. It is a game changer for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot find out how to send messages to participants in my Waiting Room when I am in a Breakout Room. If there is a way to do this, I cannot find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distance. My clients and my employees live far from me. We can meet with ease and share screen which is extremely helpful.
Easy to use video conferencing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
We have had zero trouble getting even the most techno-phobic client to use zoom. We have used other products where clients have had significant issues connecting to audio and/or video. But we have never had any issues with Zoom, and in our business, wasting time to explain how to connect to video and audio was costly.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to zoom, other than the cost, which is still reasonable. Would have loved to use MS Teams (since it's free with M365) and not pay for video conferencing, but the cost of Zoom is well worth the reduced aggravations with clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As noted above, using Zoom has made our video conferencing with clients (which is our sole means of meeting clients) smooth and easy. Video and audio quality has been excellent.
I've been using Zoom for quite some time. It's reliable and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of scheduling. The ability to automatically send meeting invitations to your colleagues is great! That feature alone is a huge help with managing busy schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of my collegues like Zoom, but don't have an account. I will schedule a meeting for them to run, but since they don't have an account, they can't use all of the features that I can. It gets frustrating for them at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a Statewide Agency. Zoom allows us to collaborate effortlessly with each other anytime. The ability to connect via a computer or mobile device allows the maximum amount of flexibility in our work locations.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been easy for us to use and set meetings with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not used Whiteboards or Workspace Management yet. There are a lot of options, but we use the platform very simply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to connect via video now that video chat has become convenient and popular.
Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is fast and easy to use. I'm typically jumping from one meeting to the next and Zoom allows me to move very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The settings section is a long list. I know the left navigation has it broken into categories but it's still a bit intimidating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual meetings, podcasts, and webinars are all managed by Zoom.
