Extending Business Footprint
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to interact with clients and screen share. I have clients all over the country and I do not need to travel to meet with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to meet with my clients that are not in my area, still be somewhat face-to-face, screen share, and emotion share.
Product is multipurpose and very adaptable
What do you like best about the product?
The product can be used by business, education, and individual tutoring. It is easy for children to attend the meeting and participate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making sure that the sound is set in the correct settings to be heard sometimes causes issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have some board members that are not quite ready to sit in a small conference room with a lot of other people but do want to be part of the productive board. The Zoom meetings allow them to attend almost as if in person and voice their ideas.
Great Software. With the Times and Beyond
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, Super easy and affordable. Has many features and bells and whistles to make a great software for anyone. Business or personal
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't use some background effects because I don't have a green screen. It may be due to me having g a MAC but not completely sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modern day communication. It's helping me because I can bring a business meeting to my home without myself or the prospect/client ever leaving. Saving time and money
Useful and Reliable software
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and very helpful for our team to have a routine meeting. We can use zoom to discuss what is urgent and someone can connect to our meeting without be in the meeting in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning I use free edition and it had time limited for a meeting. After I pay for membership, we can unlimit to have a our meeting and no need to relogin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to more and more remote meeting. Zoom did help us to communicate with our coworkers.
Robust and reliable video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Always seems to work reliably and is not as subject to communication glitches as some alternatives. This means I can depend on it for managing moderate size meetings as well as one to one sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the areas I use zoom for is private maths tutoring. The whiteboard capability is a little limited. It would be helpful to have better ways of doing simple line drawings within whiteboard. Or bringing in pre-prepared slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me interact with a wide range of 'customers' many of whom have rather poor IT understanding. It requires very little knowledge of setup from their end.
Great Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so convenient and easy to use! We use it for when we can't meet clients in person we use this and for our 1st time home buyers seminars!
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to pay for it! But other than that nothing! It is a great platform and we will continue to use it!

Game-changer for virtual and hybrid work.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom was an absolute game-changer during the pandemic. It rose to the top from its competitors' thanks to its easy-to-use product, simple (yet functional) operation, and elegant user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the onslaught of competing products, Zoom will have to revisit its product and potentially add new features or refine its existing features. May consider targeting the education and nonprofit sectors to expand its product offerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low cost, high quality/functioning product with the ability to create a custom vanity URL. The recording feature is clutch but could use assistance with its processing steps.
User friendly and multi-functional
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use compared to other video conferencing tools. As a musician, I also had the most success using zoom with other music/audio software to best optimize music making with minimal latency. Although nothing replaces in-person music making, Zoom was the easiest platform to integrate other software to maximize this experience. Additionally, as an educator, I enjoyed the break-out room functions of zoom and the ability to share a screen and/or use a whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of zoom is the limited functionalities for the free version. You are restricted to 40minute meetings, there is a capacity to how many people join a meeting, and overall there are connection issues that are dependent on your connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Zoom did a great job of addressing the issue of breakout rooms and the ability to integrate other software. This has helped me immensely over the past year.
Convenient & Easy To Use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy zoom's access to various phone users Apple, Android etc. The ability to upload one's own background filter for meetings and fun emojis to add humor to a virtual gathering.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful feature on zoom's platform is the location of profile buttons to help users customize their name as it appears on a meeting and or adding a photo. There is no clear indication of what browser is required for certain features. Additionally, background filters are not as effective if one does not own a greenscreen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helpful for virtual meetings, screen sharing and recordings. It makes business across time zones very helpful and sustainable.
Saved my business the pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
How easy zoom is to use. Even older clients that are not great with computers have been able to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when it is in gallery mode things become choppy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom made it so I could teach at a time when everything shut down.
