Zoom is life saving!
What do you like best about the product?
We used Zoom for virtual visits thru the pandemic. We have also had weekly meetings with isolated people and friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about Zoom. It is easy to use. even my 92-year-old father can use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still able to schedule virtual visits and shopping trips for clients that live in another state.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom seems to work the smoothest, other systems seem to slow down my computer and freeze often.
Also inviting participants is easy from the dashboard.

What do you dislike about the product?
The .us domain often leads to mistakes by participants. The integrations for outlook and google could work better. I have had trouble utilizing those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly get together and discuss topics with the added value of screen sharing. Also the recording feature for cloud recording makes it easy to document meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone is familiar, the meeting UI is intuitive and easy. There are relatively fewer uncomfortable moments at the start of a call where participants are trying to figure out how to turn on their audio and video and chat. This is an advantage of being a large, well-known player in the field. The app works smoothly and has all of the key features you need and expect from a virtual meeting platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of time that it takes for the app to inform the meeting owner that someone is waiting for admittance is excessive, sometimes a minute or more. The web settings for the meetings and for managing the zoom subscription is overly complex and difficult to understand and manage. The seat based pricing model is also complex and I am not aware of a seamless way to let a meeting continue without the host/owner of the seat if he or she needs to leave and then return. The greater the complexity the more appealing the free and ubiquitous google meet option becomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives me a professional way to connect for online meetings. It is more fully featured than free options.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using this tool is incredible! It's widely used and most people are familiar with zoom that I know. That makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limit that even paid customers have. I don't want to pay more to do webinars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helpful for any meeting that I have...it makes the whole Covid era much easier to deal with.
Zoom saved my business!
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to work from home - during the Pandemic yoga studios around the world were forced to shut down however I was able to teach online and retain my clients. They all enjoyed it so much that we're still doing it online now two years later
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly sound quality it's still a bit to me unless you have special tech devices. A way to easily play music in the background without it distorting would be wonderful and a huge asset for people like me

As I said above when yoga studios were forced to shut down I was able to easily pivot my business and continue working from home. All thanks to zoom! And because everyone is so familiar with zoom now due to the pandemic my business is only growing
Using Zoom to Improve by Business
What do you like best about the product?
That I can do live on YouTube using zoom. I am able to share multiple screens, sound, and perform classes without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
That when a students has zoom on google chrome, they share their screen, and I CANNOT annotate. This is probably the most frustrating aspects of the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet with students across the country and having the ability to connect as a host through my computer and ipad.
Pandemic Trial to Regular User
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user friendly. It's also an easy an easy platform for integrating with Outlook and other scheduling programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the amount of updates that happen as I'm logging into an imminent meeting. I wish we could receive an e-mail notice so that we could plan accordingly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large meetings are much easier to plan and schedule with Zoom as an optional "join by video" solution for attendance.
Using Zoom for Business and for Family & Friends
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite easy to use. I very much enjoy using it for business and for meeting with friends and family.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite honestly, I haven't had much of anything to dislike. I find it much better than any other similar platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a God-send during the pandemic, being able to meet with colleagues, friends and family. It has enabled me to plan my educational programs.
Zoom has been very user friendly, it is very helpful and a very valuable tool for my business.

Being able to meet with clients face to face (virtually) and being able to conduct presentations with ease. Other formats are much more difficult and confusing

The downside to Zoom is one gets spoiled by the excellence of this format that it makes it difficult to use any other format. I don't have any complaints reg. Zoom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to meet clients "face to face" that I might otherwise never had the opp. to do so. Allows me to conduct presentations out of town without travel.
Reliable and Quick Alterative to In Person Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I love the share screen option. Being able to share what you have with a client or co-worker makes a meeting move quickly without having to email documents back and forth. I am known for forgetting to send a document or the most up-to-date document before a meeting and this makes it so I don't have to worry about that. Chat is also a great feature where it is easy to send links to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a few times where my rural internet connection makes Zoom impossible. That is not exactly Zoom's fault but if there was an option to be able to run on a lower resolution for video or something that would help reduce the upload and download speed needed that would be very helpful for those of us in rural America.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COVID was obviously the birth of the necessity for most people and I am no different, but living in a rural area it is really helpful to be able to jump on and have a quick Zoom meeting over driving 30 minutes to meet with other members on a committee or board of directors
