My zoom review.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about zoom is the screen share function. I really enjoy the ability to be able to control another person's screen who is sharing. It helps with our work from home structure well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that zoom is sometimes choppy or slow. Sometimes the screen share control function does now work which can be frustrating. I also wish zoom notified you before a new update needed to be installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the work from home problem my company has in collaborating. With the zoom screen share and control function we can more get overly work as a team.

I wish there was more features to control background
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to communicate from a distance and has tools that allow everyone to still feel as though they are apart of the meetings.
I cannot work without Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
I do all of my mediations via Zoom. This is the bulk of my services, so I would not be able to work with people all over the country and world if it were not for the magic of Zoom. I like that it saves me time and money by eliminating the commute.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to message people separately if I am in a Zoom room and want to chat to someone in another Zoom room (and I am the host). I want a little bit more flexibility to be able to message more than just everyone all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping people get their mediations done efficiently, effectively and even if people are not in the same location, they are able to successfully mediate and get their issues resolved.
Very easy to learn to use and ample features for efficient meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to switch meeting views is appreciated. Sometimes you want to focus on the speaker while other times you want a group view. It's also nice to be able to use a blurred background.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't realized any downsides. The app meets my needs quite well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a statewide association and our personnel are quite separated geographically. Zoom allows us to meet more often and for less time since it's so easy to reconvene as needed.
A great overall communications platform, though the depth of the features can be daunting
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides excellent call quality and a wealth of features. Integrations like those with Google Workspace make it particularly valuable to orgs like ours, and it seems that in the time we've used Zoom, they're regularly adding useful new features. Most recently, some additions to allow one-to-many screen and audio sharing to breakout rooms is particularly useful, and I've only scratched the surface of the webinar features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge of a platform like Zoom that has so many features is keeping them all straight. Though the management interface offers a ton of customization, the hardest part is just remembering what each of the seemingly hundreds of checkboxes do. This problem is not unique to Zoom and is happens a lot with enterprise software, but particularly for smaller companies like mine, the level of customizability can become a hindrance more than an asset at times. It's also worth mentioning that though Zoom is always improving, their track record on security isn't perfect and their communication and confidence in fixes is a bit muted. I believe they're doing the right things to react to changing circumstances, but I wonder sometimes if Zoom as is secure as other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is our preferred videoconferencing platform, and in my mind, the biggest reason for that is its flexible feature set and great call quality. Comparing competitors like Teams or Webex, you may gain features or security that Zoom lacks, but I've never seen any other app that does call quality as well as Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use. I've been providing meeting rooms and webinars for over 15 years. At one time or another, I've used almost all the different software available and Zoom is by far the easitest to use. I looked at Zoom when it first came out and wasn't that impressed. Over time it has become what it is today and I think it is now fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is such a minor complaint that hardly worth mentionoing. But, I find the hand raising hard for some people as it is in the Reactions menu. I'd rather see "raising hand" as a separate function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to meet remotely with almost anyone these days. It has been a long time since I've worked with anyone who does not know about Zoom and has the software loaded on their computer.
Zoom is the most popular and most reliable for business!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everyone knows zoom and trusts zoom. Everyone I have meetings with prefers zoom over google meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for more than 40 minute meetings with more than one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with my clients all over the world. sometimes phones calls don't build trust, we need to see each other faces.
Zoom is better than any other video conferencing software our law firm has used!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, affordable, advanced features -- like screen sharing, polling, and chat. I also like that you can call in from your phone as some folks are on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - to be honest. The only thing I could possibly think of is maybe a way to have an interactive mobile screen share option. I do not see room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates the need for any in office meetings and has allowed us to expand our staff and clientele geographically. I am much more productive and business has increased!

What do you like best about the product?
Quick and painless to add to a calendar event. Lots of options and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping our companies Zoom versions up to date. Also wish there was more settings involving shot setup and views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our live stream events and external and internal business meetings. Zoom is the most reliable conference software compared to Google Meet and Teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to set up meetings, invite people to meetings, and control the meeting while it is happening. The controls are very intuitive and easy to locate in the user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I almost never use the 'speaker' view, that jumps back and forth depending on who is speaking. I imagine this is a hard thing to get right, but it almost never works. I just use the multi-view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solved our need to continue having meetings while more people are working off-site. Several times we had to cancel in-person meetings last minute, and we were easily able to jump on Zoom and have the meeting.
