Convenient & Consumer-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
My business hosts a variety of corporate events frequently and we use Zoom for the majority of them. Zoom is our favorite platform to use because it is the most convenient to have groups of ~10 or more people in one meeting. We have hosted about 150 virtual events since fall of 2020 and Zoom is still our preferred platform to host on.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there are not many things I dislike about Zoom that are not edge cases based on my own needs. Generally, Zoom is great. I think there are a few things that can be confusing to first-time users, but at this point, there are plenty of resources to learn how to use Zoom properly. One thing Zoom can improve on is giving more customer support options to Tier 1 users and even to free users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Convenient ability to conduct business virtually. This benefits me as I own a business that requires the use of video call platforms to conduct corporate events!
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Convenient for all types of users, computers, and overall good quality!
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike not having an option for a countdown timer access in the corner; Previously dislike the inability to have a calender sync for invites...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connection ease with national and international clients; convenient accessibility how it easily works on my iPhone as well as computer
Essential for My Remote Business
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to do a screenshare while also being able to view others on the call. The interface is user intuitive and easy to navigate as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often have difficulty creating individual meeting links + sometimes it'll say meeting in progress when I'm waiting for clients to join in on the call instead of putting them in the waiting room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making virtual communications a seamless process. Instead of needing to rent out an office space to host meetings, I can do so from the comfort of my home office.

For our bi-weekly council meetings, our residents can participate from home. Also, ZOOM does the recording for you, so you do not
have to worry about this.

Nothing. I am very pleased with ZOOM Teleconferencing as our virtual platform option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our elderly population, ZOOM is solving our problem of them attending the meeting in person. They are very happy with this option.

Best Professional Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that zoom has a great interface and can host multiple people. There are many great features- chat, changing host, sharing screen, different views, and fun background changes,
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for right now there isn't much I would change other than offering more storage space. And there don't need to be features that compete with non "professional" platforms such as Around or Discord. A jamboard cross interface would be cool but maybe that already exists
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to hsot calls with my clients, my teams and review the recordings of the conversations even with notes. I honestly appreciate most being able to share my screen.
Perfect for professional mediation
What do you like best about the product?
The key aspect of Zoom for mediation is the ability to put parties and counsel together in separate breakout rooms when needed

Not much to dislike! The calendaring is a bit too overly complex for my needs. I don't like invites that pop up automatically in my or other people's calandars
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mediation is my business, and the ability to do "separate rooms" style shuttle mediation is critical to cases with lawyers involved. Screen sharing exhibits is also helpful.

Being able to see clients in other parts of the country and world. This benefits me as a life coach to be able to explains my business and do it from anywhere
Zoom is a great tool to keep connected during challenging times
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user friendly and easy to use. I like that you can have a meeting with colleagues even if they are at a distance. I also like the annotate feature so that everyone can add in their ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to keep an eye on the waiting room when presenting a meeting but that doesn't make Zoom bad or inadequate. I don't have any negative remarks about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to stay connected with those who are not able to join meetings in person. It is a great tool when needing to be out of the office to stay connected with the team.
Useful product for legal meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use on a regular basis, our Court system uses it for various hearings. Our clients find it easy to use from their phones or computers. I also use it on a regular basis for consultations with clients and use the chat feature with staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be confusing to use on a Chomebook, as there is apparently no longer a native supported app. So it takes me through a web-browser where we have less control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the requirement we used to have to appear in person for court hearings, which were usually 15-20 minutes long but would require us to drive an hour or more to various court hearings. I also eliminates costs for my clients to have to come to in-person meetings with me, reducing their time off from work.

Zoom allows me to reach people around the world, and the live interpretation and closed captioning features enable people with hearing loss or who are not fluent in English to still participate in online learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of reaching a global audience without leaving my office. The benefit to my operation is that I have a broader reach to potential students while keeping expenses to a minimum.
