Overall - best video choice you can make

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the standard - it is what others use and thus, it makes communication easy. it is simple, straight forward and overall does not require any real user knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was slightly more "feature" rich. I also wish the cost was less or even free for the more than 40 min meetings. I think there are many ways the platform could support itself without fees for simple use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fully remote workplace and zoom allows this to be real! We rely on the software heavily to run our team, our company, and overall run our business. Zoom is key.

Best way to connect on-line

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, as well as the integration with my google calendar, are just a couple of my favorite things about Zoom. There are so many features and things I can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing is how crazy expensive Zoom gets if I want the version that allows me to do breakout rooms. I would only use this feature occasionally so I am disappointed by the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is instrumental in interacting with my clients. My business could not have survived without it. In addition, Zoom allowed my business to grow since I can meet with clients worldwide.

What do you like best about the product?
Multi-platform support in the BYOD space means that my users can use the device they prefer and still get a consistent experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
No native ChromeOS client. Somewhat pricey on a per-user basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have both internal meetings and external customer-facing meetings. Having a platform that is easy for our non-technical employees and customers is crucial for our people to have timely, effective meetings.

Consistently great service and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom integrates with all of my other key services, which makes it ideal for my client sessions and group trainings as a life and business coach. It's easy to use and seamlessly fits into my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could stay logged in on two devices at once, since I often switch back and forth between my desktop computer and my laptop computer. The workaround is easy enough, but it would be nice to be able to approve devices or IP addresses to stay logged in.

For training purposes, would love to be able to more easily force certain views, like making the speaker and the slides roughly equal in size to have more control over the learner's experience. Would also love persistent chat so folks who log in later can see what was chatted/shared earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to conduct business virtually around the world and create a seamless experience for both myself and my clients - it's affordable, functional, and broadly accessible, which makes it the ideal solution for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact that they make it easy enough to use that there are no technical issues for users at any competency level. It allows for less travel to customers and helps keep the face to face feeling of communication
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any web-based program, you are at the mercy of your data plan and signal strength. It takes many users a long time to realize that you can swipe (on mobile) during a zoom to see the gallery view. it should be more clear with the instructions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me gain and keep geographically undesirable clients for my business. It allows me to check in with company personnel and clients visually, allowing for fewer miscommunications.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the best investments I've ever made for my business! As an online Weight Loss Coach, I love how seamless Zoom is for hosting all my client calls, webinars, group retreats, and more. I love the quality of the audio and video. I love the recording features as well, and I especially love uploading all my calls to cloud storage so clients can access call replays seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for Zoom to have higher quality video, but my webcam provides 1080p resolution and still looks great online! Also, Zoom can be problematic if you don't have an ethernet cable connection. I highly recommend that if you're using Zoom for an online business, connect your laptop to an ethernet cable! I rarely have internet connection issues with Zoom now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connection with clients and family internationally! Zoom has also been an invaluable resource for me especially when COVID first started. I was connected to my mentors, friends, and family all over the world because of Zoom. SO SO grateful for Zoom!

Reliability and ease of use

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is my go to for business meetings. It's ease of use makes my clients feel comfortable and I do too. I don't need to make unecessary accounts to make it work. It just works. And I'm here for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a mixup with billing one time in my multi year use. Thankfully, they took care of my issue quickly and I was refunded with no issue. Every company makes mistakes and they owned it and fixed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to Connect with clients quickly and in a manner that makes them trust me. By allowing them to see me and for me to hear them clearly, I can read their body language and meet their needs and answer their questions quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that folks can come on and connect but easily leave if they need to makes it very accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you can't hear someone unless everyone is quiet. there is really one sound at a time...that's not how real conversations go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us connect with people we wouldn't otherwise see.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is flat-out the best platform to have any meeting or event. I had used Skype prior and when Zoom came into my view, that was all she wrote.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of having to let people in when they have the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to go in to the office or meet anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the only meeting platform on which I've never had an issue related to network, identity, device or whatever my attendees are used to using.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing missing is the ability to have a second personal meeting or set up reusable meetings easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings start faster, share is easy, which reduces wait time, focus/attn of group can be enforced w/ video. Indispensable for remote/distributed workplaces!
