Zoom Saved Us in a Pinch
What do you like best about the product?
The program is very easy to use and our young people take very well to it. There are very few kinks and hiccups which I greatly appreciate. We prefer to use this platform over Microsoft Teams and because we are so accustomed to it, we are not open to trying anything else at this time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any real downsides - or we have not experienced any at this time. The platform is super easy to use, but admittedly we have not used all of the functionality yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like most, my youth program was thrown into chaos once covid-19 hit us. Being a sports and arts program, we had to think really creatively about how we could continue to run the program and support our young people who were very confused by the need to isolate. Having access to Zoom challenged us to convert many of our programs to a virtual format and it worked out so well, that we continue to rely on Zoom for virtual programming and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
It does the job I need great zoom streaming to YouTube service
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom gives you the ability to broadcast to my YouTube broadcast and not I can just paste my embed YouTube link in my website and I am streaming a live stream thru zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
When I do my livestream I need to change on my YouTube account setting the embed and YouTube stream id every time it does not let you just use the same as the day before
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Advancing zoom recording options and keep adding more features and tools to make it easier for me to use it for my organization which I find useful and very helpful
Convenient and easy communication
What do you like best about the product?
I hold many reoccurring meeting and what I like the most is that I can reuse the link for the same meeting. Also I like how easy scheduling a new meeting is.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you kick a person out of the meeting once they cannot join next time you use the link. Sometime people forget to leave the meeting and I want to have a private conversation with one member and I have to end the meeting and reopen it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me hold meetings back to back with out having to travel to multiple location. I use it to study with my friends in another state. It is beneficial for group document review and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a reliable and quick way to meet with clients and coworkers. I like that you can record a meeting to look back on in the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-captioning on Zoom is not always the most accurate. I would love to see a translation option added to the transcription and the app add-ons improved. I don't like that all participants have to have the add-on installed instead of just the meeting host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed our team to meet with clients all over the county. We are able to have a more personal experience than a phone call, without having to travel long distances.
I use Zoom for healthcare professionals and like the fact that it is HIPAA compliant.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is how easy and seamless it is. I don't have to search for meetings I have scheduled and it connects effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - would like to see them continue to upgrade quality of imaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of clients having to drive to my office and saves me from having to drive to an office. With the saving of travel time, I am more productive.
I can meet with clients, share my screen to cover documents, and it's easy for clients to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to do webinars and meetings. I also appreciate being to change the steps necessary for others to join the webinars/meetings. Sometimes I want more security, other times less is necessary.

Being able to meet with clients virtually.
Zoom is the preferred way to interact compared to teams, slack, and meet
What do you like best about the product?
I run a fully remote company and use several collaboration tools. Zoom is the preferred way to interact with customers, prospects, and team members when compared to MS teams, slack huddle, and G meet. I love the seamless integrations it allows from calendly and slack for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish most of our customers used Zoom. Google forces G Meet. Banks force MS teams. Make the browser experience better for teams that are not allowed to use zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration, Prospecting, Sales, Webinars, and Hiring.
I love the platform agnostic attribute of Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I like that every platform people use has a specially designed app. I've never noticed any features one user has that another cannot access. It's very well thought-out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can be quite confusing for less tech-savvy users to use. The basics are all there, but I wish it was easier for less techy types to use some of the more extended features. Something Zoom cannot control for is bandwidth issues. It's kind of a bummer for most people to be on video and those with less bandwidth having to dial in. Great that the option is there, but bummer it has to be. Not Zoom's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I still prefer to meet with people in person, but zoom allows us to schedule meetings, regardless of location. It allows me to fit more productivity into a shorter timeframe.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can have multiple people on one video call at the same time. It's much easier than a phone call when everyone is trying to talk, which can get very confusing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a calendar integration so we could see what times others have available and schedule accordingly. Like a scheduler based off the available times others have chosen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings in person are not always an option, especially for people that do not live in the area, so it makes it simple to meet with others and get things accomplished.
Pandemic Relief
What do you like best about the product?
I have liked the "Face to Face" opportunities that zoom provides
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling interface can be a little tricky, especially for repeating meetings. I need to re-send invitations and sometimes it is hard to find that information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped relieve pandemic isolation. Zoom has provided expanded and new relationships for organizations. Zoom has provided educational opportunities more easily.
